Thank you for your review! Glad you enjoyed what has become my favorite place to be myself! A beach in the neighborhood would be cool. I'm defiantly more known for my views of the porches, real log cabin experience and peace and quiet up on that hill. I take my family to some of the nicer public beaches or find my own places.... A nice 30 min drive on the North shore takes you by Molly's ice cream and on to the Dam and beach which is very scenic. I've heard there are brand new docks and fishing piers in the historic town as well now. I need to check them out. Also, can rent pontoons out of the local Marina (Swann's) and this is perhaps the best way to spend a day on the water...

Thank you for staying. This cabin makes me feel like I’m in a Hallmark movie this time of year! Great to be in the mountains near a beautiful lake anytime of year too!

Dear Guest, I’ve not had these same comments in 3 years renting. This is my vacation home and the cabin is 4.9 stars for 3 years. It is very well equipped with the things you’d need. Comfortable beds are very important to me. You may be referring to pull out sofa beds that are meant for kids. You are also the same guest who broke my hot tub panel and I needed to have it repaired. I will look into organizing pot and pans better and if there is a tear on the pool table , I’ll ensure this is repaired. The pool table is nice and many guest comment on that they spend hours up there playing pool. Guests some times lift it to change where they want it in the room, and this can cause the table not to be perfectly level as those who own pool tables know . This is addressed when my handy man puts it back in the position and levels it.
