It comprises a 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a sliding partition separating the dining/living area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a stand-up table, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

There are three bedrooms:
- The Rouge Gorge room has a queen-size bed (160x200)
- The Palombe room has a queen-size bed (160x200)
- The Martin-Pêcheur room has two single beds (90x200) and an en suite shower room and separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 25m² covered south-facing terrace with furniture
- A 10m² terrace equipped with a west-facing bioclimatic pergola with benches and armchairs
- A 10 x 5 m heated swimming pool, 2.80 m deep, open from May to the end of October. It is secured by a rigid roller shutter and shared with the owners.
- A salt-treated whirlpool bath for 4 people is available next to the pool from May to October.
- There is a 2000 m² garden. It is set in 4.5 hectares of meadows, two ponds and woodland.

The house is located in Maurens, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. All essential shops are a 10-minute drive away, which is essential if you wish to visit the surrounding area.

- Heritage visits (bastides Montflanquin, Montpazier, Eymet, Villeréal, Mollières....)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to three vehicles.

- The A89 Mussidan motorway is 15 minutes away.

- Air conditioning system only in the main room
- The swimming pool is shared with the owners. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- The property has a security camera filming the entrance at the gate.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
