Rent vacation home in La Tremblade, ocean biking - sleeps 5/6

We rent our holiday home located between the center of La Tremblade and the seaside resort of Ronce-les-Bains, in a quiet area. Beaches are 2 km away. This house is ideal for an excellent family holiday by the sea. The 80m² single-story house sleeps 5/6 people and sits on a 700m² plot. A new section was built in 2021. Interior: - Living/dining room - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard and Nespresso coffee makers). Essential condiments and coffee provided; tenants help themselves and replace any missing items. - One bedroom with toilet and shower room, double bed (160 cm) - One bedroom with double bed (140 cm) - One bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) - Second shower room and separate toilet - Washing machine - Kitchen towels and bath mats provided - Bed linen and towels can be rented (€15 for a double bed, €10 for a single bed, set of large and small towels €5/person). Exterior: - 2 Terraces - Table and 6 garden chairs - 2 sun loungers + 2 garden chairs + garden coffee table - 5 bicycles on site (2 adult and 3 children's) - Barbecue - Parking available opposite the gate or inside the property - Numerous sports and cultural activities: - Cycle paths nearby to explore the beaches of the wild coast, water sports (sailing school), tennis club, treetop adventure course, Marennes swimming pool (swimming lessons available) - Close to Royan, Saint-Palais, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Île d'Aix, and the lighthouse Coubre, Cordouan lighthouse, etc. Daily markets in summer in Ronce-les-Bains and La Tremblade, Grève (oyster tasting), restaurants and bars, evening entertainment. Small, clean, and quiet pets accepted on request. Minimum 4 nights, self check-in possible. Mandatory cleaning fee of €65.
