Our modern, open space living room has a cozy sectional couch, 2 oversized chairs, and ottomans/poufs. What better way to spend a cool evening than sitting in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite show or sports event on our 55" Smart TV? Need extra sleeping accommodations?. Our very comfy queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress, luxury linens, and hotel plush pillows. Not tired yet? Check out the cocktail arcade table (2 players) including 412 classic arcade games. The game cabinet is also stocked with several classic and current board and card games
NOTE: Our TVs are Smart TVs so that you can log in with your account and watch your shows via your favorite apps.

Max of 2 dogs under 25lbs allowed. Must select "pets" when checking out and pay the pet fee. If you book through Airbnb and Vrbo and arrive with 2 pets, the first pet fee of $50 will be collected at booking and that amount is presented in the nightly rate. The second pet fee of $50 will be collected through the resolution center or our API-integrated processing system. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the cabin, and you must clean up after your pet on outside walks. We provide 1 medium-sized crate at the property.

Maximum Occupancy: 7 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the VRBO platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do NOT permit the following at any time:

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You'll be delighted to know that there are paved roads all the way to the cabin!

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and décor are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
