THE MAIN UPSTAIRS LEVEL IS NOT ACCESSIBLE THRU INSIDE STAIRS. YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE TO GET FROM THE DOWNSTAIRS TO THE MAIN UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA.

Check-in 4:00pm and Check-out 10:00am. There is NO early check-in available as this time is needed for our cleaners to prepare the house for your stay.

Also there in NO Late check-out options as our cleaners will need to prepare the house for the next guest.

NO check-in or check-outs on major holidays such as: (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

NO Pets allowed as the owners have severe allergies.

NO Smoking and if there is any smoke odor you will forfeit your deposit

Security Deposit is $500.00 and will be refunded 5 days after check out if no damage is done to the house and all house rules were followed.

STARTER PACKS: Include basic toiletries such as

-Toilet Paper (2 per Bathroom)

These are starter packs only. If your stay will be more than three days we suggest bringing more.

Critter Notice: This is a home at the beach, therefore you will likely see bugs, or other ctriiers. We do our very best to maintain the property with regular pest control but due to surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, critter curiosity is inevitable! Please notify us personally if you have any trouble in this regard so we can address promptly.

*NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera, above the driveway facing outward. It does not look into interior spaces*

Guest have access to the entire house minus a small owners closet.
