Wake up to breathtaking ocean views each morning. Head out for a leisurely sunrise stroll along the beach, or catch the view from the balcony, espresso in hand. Spend your day lounging at one of the four on-site pools and schedule some well-deserved pampering at the spa and wellness center. If shopping is more your speed, venture to the Lincoln Road Mall or peruse the premier shops along Collins Avenue. GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:
• Several luxurious pools and white sand beaches
• 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa and The Anatomy Gym
• A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks
• Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine.
• The brand new Audi E-tron which could be used as a house car and can be scheduled for a test drive through the concierge.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $400 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
– We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.

Great location, excellent, remote work suite with a Great View.
Pros: Beautiful suite, large conference table / dining table, great view. Very quiet. The valet downstairs was incredibly kind welcoming and responsive. It was very helpful to have a car available for use for drop off, Uber back for pick up. Cons: Washing clothes was tough, as the dryer did not work. The dishwasher did not work, and was out of finishing rinse solution which I ordered. All of the televisions had Roku, which was disabled. No Internet TV, only crappy cable, lots of old people commercials, and reruns. Back to 1998. Although the televisions were new, and they were Samsung, and there was a large flatscreen TV in every bedroom and the living room, they were all unusable for modern uses, such as casting your computer screen for any purpose, watching, Netflix, etc. I mentioned it, ask for help from property management who were unresponsive. they sent me a text with inept instructions. Can opener did not work.

Great property awful manager
This property managing company is awful. throughout our entire stay which spanned three days costing a lot of money,….we had an awful smell throughout our apartment that we called and emailed eight times that they never addressed. Is this took one day to come fix our toilet when it was clogged and the master bedroom shower keeps leaking. Besides this, it’s a beautiful unit with unbelievable views just needs much much better management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LRMB was everything they say and offered! From the beautiful condo to the concierge service! The stay felt like home in paradise with all of the amenities! Thank you to Andrè for his quick and prompt responses! You will not be disappointed with this firm! We cannot wait for our next stay!

Beautiful and chic
Stayed here for a 50th girls trip and we loved it! Beautiful and comfortable condo. Amazing views and fabulous property. The manager even left me a birthday cake! Check in was a little bumpy with multiple people giving us different info but we were in on time and everything was in excellent condition. The 1 Hotel overall is beautiful! Great location. Fun, but not too much of a scene. Lovely beach. Highly recommend.
