This independent, fully air-conditioned cottage is all on one level for optimal comfort. The living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge, designed for cooking, sharing meals, or simply relaxing. The modern bathroom includes a lovely rain shower, and there is a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed and opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm) with clever amenities: a fully equipped fold-down desk and a Vevo wall-mounted folding changing table for babies. A travel cot is available upon request. Outside, the terrace naturally becomes your main living space, thanks to its unobstructed view of the vineyards. You'll find garden furniture with a coffee table, a shaded dining area with an awning, a barbecue, and a privacy screen to fully enjoy the Tarn climate. The swimming pool, shared with the owners (8x4 m, 1.40 m deep), completes the amenities and allows you to enjoy relaxing moments at any time of day. Particular attention has been paid to the cottage's equipment: complete and high-quality appliances, Wi-Fi, and dimmer lighting to create a soft ambiance in the evening. You'll appreciate the original and clever layout of the kitchen table and bar. To simplify your stay, bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
