Welcome to Peace of the Rock Retreat, from the moment you arrive you will see some of the most breathtaking mountain views this area has to offer. This 9000 sq ft house has it all. 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces, sauna, ping pong table, karaoke machine, elevator, grill, treehouse, slide and slip and slide. This is a great place for a family gathering.

Please Note: There is an additional fee of $500 for anything over 12 guest unless you are having an event and already paying the event fee.

**SMALL** Wedding ceremonies, Events and Family Gatherings are welcome. However, it will be subject to an event fee. Please let us know the details of your reservation before reserving the property**

**IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY KIND OF EVENT IT MUST BE PER APPROVED FIRST BY PRISTINE VACATION RENTALS AND THE HOMEOWNERS**

Please Note: The following parameters apply when reserving the property for any event or ceremony.

-10 or less cars
-30 - 40 guest including those staying at the property.
-2k event fee
-no loud music or noise after 9pm.
-Elevator Fee - If you would like to use the elevator there is a $500 fee but it is refundable upon departure as long as theres nothing wrong with it.
-1k deposit. We keep the deposit if the car or noise agreement is breached. If this is not breached the deposit will be refunded.
-Anything that is catered is considered and event or a ceremony.

*Please Note: If you have had an event or gathering at the property and have paid and event fee this fee nor the cleaning fee covers an excessive clean up of the property after events, ceremonies or gatherings. You paid an event fee to use the property for an event and the cleaning fee is for a general cleaning of the house not for any excessive clean up. If there is an excessive clean up for housekeeping you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

****About our Cabins****

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee is $300 per pet per stay or $329.25 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $658.50 Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:
*Bed linens and towels
*Paper Towels
*Toilet Paper
*Trash Bags
*Dish Pods
*Coffee Maker
*Hand Soaps
*Dish Soap
*New Sponge
*Small Laundry Detergent
*Full Propane tank for gas grills

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.


This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fireplaces year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
