The Golf Farmhouse - Loches

Step into a fully equipped, modern kitchen, complete with an oven, four-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, making meal preparation a breeze.

Nearby, the inviting living area features a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing, and a dining area with a large family-style farmhouse table for sharing convivial moments. The house also offers Wi-Fi access.

A hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A small separate room houses the washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation area with a reading corner, TV, and games, furnished with a 160cm sofa bed. Beyond this is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second, separate bathroom.

Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, beautiful summer evenings or simply for taking a nap in the shade of a tree in the calm of the Touraine countryside.

When you arrive at your destination, park in front of the shed to the left of the house.

The house is ideally located for exploring the region's must-see attractions.

Within 30 minutes, you can visit the famous Beauval Zoo (allow a full day), the romantic Château de Chenonceau, or Amboise, with the Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, and its royal château overlooking the Loire River.

A 15-minute drive away, discover the medieval town of Loches, with its royal château and its impressive 37-meter-high keep, a masterpiece of 11th-century military architecture, offering a 360° panoramic view of the entire town. Don't miss the traditional market, which brings the town center to life every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Also nearby, discover Chédigny, a charming village designated a "Remarkable Garden," famous for its thousands of rose bushes that perfume the streets and alleyways.

For a relaxing break, the La Roche-Posay thalassotherapy center is about 30 minutes away.

Nature lovers will appreciate the Loches state forest, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides around the Pyramids, a former hunting ground during the time of the kings.

Not far from the house, you can also visit the Château de Montpoupon, the charming village of Montrésor, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, or enjoy the lake at Chemillé-sur-Indrois and its leisure center.

Finally, about an hour's drive away, the Futuroscope theme park in Poitiers promises a day full of discoveries and thrills.

By the A85: 20 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
By the A10: 25 min from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches train station: 10 min to go to Tours.
Tours airport: 40 min.
