Located just 1 block to the beach at Sail Bay with its own private and secure garage (please note, it is quite narrow (80/82 inches wide).
The ideal home away from home with all the amenities for comfort, relaxation, and security. This property was meticulously designed and built, as we eventually plan to make it our own. Luxury furnishings and high-end appliances reflect what we desire in a home, and we're thrilled to share this curated space with you before moving in.It took us just over two years to design, secure planning permission, and build what we believe is a truly special space. Judging by our previous guests' reviews, they seem to think so too.
We utilized the maximum area permitted (approximately 900 square feet) and took full advantage of the maximum ceiling height (12 feet sloping down to 10 feet), incorporating plenty of natural light. We also widened the staircase from the standard 3 feet to 4 feet to create a more pleasant entryway.
A work area is built into the bookcase, which holds some of Marilyn’s teapot collection, along with an array of books and original artwork on the walls. We designed a cozy sitting area extending from the living room, and, of course, included your own locked garage below.
Needless to say, this has resulted in a spacious living area that is equipped with pretty much everything you might need for short, mid, or long-term rentals.
Situated just one block from the scenic Pacific Beach Boardwalk, you’ll find yourself close to bustling shops and restaurants, yet the property remains incredibly quiet, offering an ideal retreat for those working remotely. Begin your day with a rejuvenating stroll along the beach and return to this peaceful haven that blends comfort with practicality.
