A traditional Metabief chalet—a cozy getaway

This small typical chalet of Métabief from the 60s welcomes you in the heart of nature for a total change of scenery, in summer and winter. It is located about 5-8 minutes walk from the shops (bakery, small grocery store, restaurants x2, rental shop), 20 minutes walk from the center of the resort with the main chairlift. A shuttle bus regularly passing 2 minutes walk from the chalet is available.

Lake Saint-Point is only 12km away, Pontarlier 19km, the Swiss border 11km and Geneva International Airport 101km.
The chalet will seduce you with its exterior appearance but also its welcome and cocoon aspect.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, induction hob, raclette machine, pancake, fondue, toaster, etc.) open to the living room with a pellet stove, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The sleeping area accessible by a ladder (not secured) includes two double beds. A sofa bed is also available in the living room as well as a laundry room at the back for your storage and laundry (washing machine dryer).
The terrace with an unobstructed view without vis-à-vis, will tempt you to admire the sunsets, or enjoy with your friends and family an aperitif and a plancha in summer. A garden shed can be used to store your bikes, skis, etc.

The resort is known for its mountain bike trails, summer sledging, hiking trails in the heart of the Jura massif in the summer season. For the winter, you will be delighted with the cross-country ski trails as well as the 35 downhill trails, accessible to all levels. It is a family resort, integrated since 2022 into the Magic Pass. The chalet does not have private parking. You can park in the adjacent street.

For maximum comfort, we recommend renting for 4 people. This makes the space more comfortable. However, the accommodation can accommodate 6 people.

Board games, tourist guides, sheets, shower towels are provided. Please note that access to the first floor is via a ladder, like all the pagotins of Métabief, and the space at the top is under the roof. In addition, a net for children (or naps;) has been installed. We have secured it with a barrier
