Located in the Banane district, in the very heart of Cannes, this studio is the ideal choice for easily and quickly reaching all the city’s attractions on foot. Just a few steps from Rue d’Antibes and the Carré d’Or with its clubs and restaurants, it is less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the port, the Croisette with its beaches and luxury boutiques, as well as the train station and the picturesque Suquet district with the famous Marché Forville. Its location makes it a perfect place for both tourist and business stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
