Located in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough area, Spring Street sits just a few blocks east of King Street’s shopping and nightlife spine, meaning that in a short 3–5 minute stroll you can reach dozens of boutiques, cafes, and bars. Within a 10-minute radius you can reach Waterfront Park, stroll the Battery and the harbor promenade, or hop onto the Fort Sumter ferry. Don't sleep on local favorites such as Xiao Bao Biscuit, Southbound, Chubby Fish, and more.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation.
