Sunland Estates on the Columbia River!

Our home in Sunland Estates is perfectly located in the center of the Sunland community. We are just past the boat launch on Hunter Ave, one block from the park, the local store and Phoenix Pizza Company. We are five minutes from the World Renowned Gorge Amphitheater and Cave B Winery and Spa.

Our Sunland home has been at the heart of many incredible memories with our friends and family. We are thrilled at the opportunity to share our home with you! Our beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom home sleeps up to 6 people. The inside is cozy but the backyard space is what we love the most. The yard is beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, good for picking and providing shade during those hot summer days. The large outdoor deck is a great place to gather for meals, cocktail hour and stargazing, a Sunland must!


Additional information: The garage provides extra storage for your river toys, lawn chairs and yard games.
Plenty of parking, space for four cars and your boat!

Unique Feature: Our property is like a small compound consisting of two residential lots. The single wide modular home you are renting is on one lot, the second home is adjacent and may also be occupied during your visit. Please keep in mind the second lot is not a part of the rental agreement and ask that the property not be accessed.

This was a great location for Labor Dave Weekend. It’s a short drive to The Gorge. The community seemed very friendly. I’d love to stay here next year, but it’s not available.

Watershed 2024

We had such an amazing stay the previous year, we had to go back!! We extended our stay an additional three days this year to experience the unique and welcoming community of Sunlands. We hope to make this an annual trip and relationship with the accommodating host family. Our stay exceeded our expectations each year.. Watershed 2025!!!💜💜can’t wait. Great Sunland Weekend

This was a perfect location/space to enjoy the area. Close proximity to the Gorge Amphitheater and a friendly walkable neighborhood. The property was comfortable while the outside temps were in the 90’s. Nice beds, great towels, and terrific water pressure for a relaxing shower. Thank you for sharing your space.

Makes a good home base for a small group (3-4 people) if you’re off doing things during the day and looking for a basic, affordable, no frills place to lay your head at night. Communication was good and the place is clean. The apple tree in the yard is a lovely spot to relax under.

We loved our stay in Sunland! Hosts were prompt in answering any questions, check in and out instructions were very clear and straightforward. The beds were super comfortable. The unit was very well appointed and maintained. The back yard was lovely for lounging. Kitchen was well equipped. Definitely would return!

Our stay was so amazing I contacted the owners the next day to see if we could book immediately for next year. Sunlands Estates has something to offer for all ages. We spent 3 days enjoying good food, fun little town, friendly neighbors and water fun. Bass Canyon Sunland Stay

Our first time staying in sunland for a music festival at the gorge. I highly suggest! The shuttle was a quick ride close to the gate and the driver was very prompt and helpful. The place we stayed at was perfect for 4 people. The owners were very helpful and had very easy instructions us throughout our whole stay.

Had a great time with my friends at Sunland! Beds were super comfortable and we loved the patio area and easy access to the park! Highly recommend booking the shuttle to the Gorge if you’re attending shows, appreciated the listing in the welcome book!

Weekend at The Gorge

Jodi and Lori were very communicative. Their home was perfect for our needs. We especially loved sitting on the deck at night to stargaze. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more, but hope to come back!

Clean place

Nice place - vintage wood paneling and wall paper in most rooms, but you can tell things have been taken care of over the years. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/bathroom supplies were adequate.

Walking distance to the store and pizza, great yard and deck, great parking. Bathroom had no hand soap, so I had to buy some from the store. Overall great stay

Great for a long weekend

Had an awesome time staying in sunland. The trailer we stayed in was better then anticipated. We knew that we rented a single wide mobile home. The inside is totally updated. The property is beautiful. What an awesome time we had. Thank you.

As expected!

What a great place to stay if you want a weekend in the sun AND are going to the amphitheater for a show—it’s SO close! The place was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the minimart and pizza place and the people we ran into on our morning walk were so friendly. We will be back!
