Combining culture and relaxation, this welcoming place is the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of Arles, from the Van Gogh Promenade to the Musée Départemental Arles Antique.<br><br>Accommodation<br><br>A 125 m² house that can accommodate up to 8 people, right in the heart of Arles.<br><br><br><br><br><br>The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Arles, about a 15-minute walk from the center. <br><br><br><br>It consists of: • 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 160/200 double bed, 1 bedroom with a 200/200 bed, and 1 bedroom with a 140/190 sofa bed and a 90/200 bed)<br><br>• A fully equipped kitchen<br><br>• A large living room with a dining area<br><br>• An outdoor area with a terrace, private heated pool*, and bocce court<br><br>• A bathroom upstairs<br><br>• A shower room on the first floor<br><br><br><br>Note: The property has stairs to access the upper floor.<br><br><br><br>Guest access<br><br>Entire house. <br><br>Self-check-in or in-person check-in. <br><br>Private parking. <br><br>Train station 10 minutes away by car. <br><br>Major highways 3 minutes away.<br><br>Beaches 30 minutes away by car. <br><br>The Pont du Gard, Nîmes, and Avignon are about 30 to 40 minutes away.<br><br>Additional notes<br><br>A security deposit of €1,500 is required via credit card. <br><br>*Heated pool<br><br><br><br>The pool is heated for your comfort. A heating fee is available as an add-on to the rental and upon request:<br><br>• April, May, and October: €150<br><br>• June and September: 100 €<br><br>• July and August: 50 €<br><br><br><br>👉 Please make your request at least 48 hours before your arrival to allow time for the pool to heat up.<br><br><br><br>Important information:<br><br>• The water temperature depends on weather conditions.<br><br>• Heating improves comfort but does not guarantee a constant temperature in case of inclement weather.<br><br>• The roller shutter must be used to retain heat.<br><br>Please note that the property has stairs leading to the upper floor.<br><br>Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €30.
