This brand new, custom built home sits only steps from the Ellis River and is the perfect place for your family vacation! This chic "farmhouse/chalet" home exudes style, charm and character. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend for two or for large gatherings. The home features (2) wood burning fireplaces, chef's kitchen, soaking tub, custom showers, wood beams, open concept and a cozy sunroom that sits overlooking the Ellis River and Nestlenook Farm. It's situated on a quiet, dead end street but is only minutes away from Storyland, Living Shores Aquarium, Attitash, Black Mountain, Jackson Falls and the iconic downtown Jackson NH. Plus, there are a number of amazing pubs, restaurants and breweries that can be visited on foot or a quick drive. It's also centrally located near some of the best cross country skiing, snowmobile and hiking trails in NH! Our "cabin" is equipped w/ games, puzzles, and a multi game foos ball/ping-pong and air hockey table to keep both kids and adults entertained. Enjoy fly fishing? Step out the back door and throw your line in to catch some huge trout! This truly is the perfect house for your next visit to the White Mountains!

Our family have gone to the White Mountains every summer for the last 35 years. We have stayed in several places and this house is by far the best! We loved everything about the rental the house, the location, and having Ellis River in the backyard! It was perfect! Many thanks to our hosts!

This is a wonderful property. Well maintained, newer home with all the amenities we needed for a six-night stay. The scenery is incredible around the area and the river in the back yard topped it all off. The property owner is very responsive and kind. If we ever make it back this way from Texas, we'll be sure to stay here again!

Presidents Day 2025

The home was perfect for our mid-winter trip to Jackson. Seven of us were very comfortable there. We were lucky to have a nice snowstorm on Sunday. We enjoyed sitting by the fire watching the horse drawn sleighs pass by. Pretty idyllic. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful home!

Stayed six nights with five people and had plenty of space. The home was lovely and very clean. Our favorite room was the enclosed back room next to the river. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores!

Beautiful Setting

The home is next to a stream so you can hear the water rushing by at night. The huge sectional and long dining table are perfect for hanging out together and sharing meals. The location is close to Joe Dodge Lodge and town. We look forward to a future stay.

My favorite vacation

I rented this place out to host my family. The second I walked and I knew we had the right property. It was a dream to wake up there every day. I miss the sound of the running river in the back yard.

Beautiful renovation on Ellis River

This is a beautiful, open, new home with lots of sleeping space. Amazing location for all Jackson/North Conway area has to offer. Communication with property manager was excellent. Very peaceful spot, yet convenient to get in and out of. We hope to be back.

Spring break ski trip

This home had such a tranquil location with the river and farm across the way. The wood fireplace added to the ambiance with more than enough wood. The property managers were very responsive. Amazing skiing at Bretton Woods was only 30 min away - east drive! Look forward to staying at this property again!

Beautiful Home

This was an amazing property in a quiet area. The pictures do not do the place justice. The interior of the home was magazine worthy. Beautiful exposed beams and woodwork. The river was a slide down the small hill, but you could just sit in the comfortable sunroom couches and listen to the running water all day. We highly recommend this property to all. Plenty of space.

New Years 2025 family of 8

This place was in the middle of 3 major ski resorts. Attitash, Wildcat, & Black Mountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the local grocery store had everything you needed.The house was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates and utensils. Plenty of laundry soap and dish washer detergent. Any issues that arose the management company was quick to respond. I’d definitely visit this house again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great House

We came up for a week of skiing and the location could not have been better. Right between Atittash and Wildcat. House was well spaced out so we could have space if needed. The house had everything that we needed for the whole week. Hopefully we can utilize this house in the future.

Location, Location, Location!

Mother Nature may have put a damper on our stay but the property made up for it. It is a beautiful, well-appointed and spacious home. Plenty of blankets. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We loved reading in the sunroom overlooking the Ellis River, as well as watching the Clydesdale horses at Nestnook Farm. I highly recommend this property. We hated to leave. Would love to come back in the warmer weather when you can leave the windows open and listen to the river rushing by. A+

Disappointed!

We picked this property because of the reviews. Everyone said that everything was very clean and this was important to us, however when we arrived to the house the first thing we saw was the front porch which was filthy and hadn't been swept or cleaned in a while. Not a good first impression. The bathrooms had been cleaned but there was dust on the fireplace mantel and on top of the refrigerator. There were ashes left in the fireplace which had recently been used. There were cobwebs in a couple of places on the walls. The floors had been vacuumed I believe but not very well as there were crumbs around the couch and spots of dust in other places. The back deck was dirty with debris. The sliding door track was full of dirt and it looked like water had been getting into the house from the corner of the door. The windows were filthy and some of them had big spots of bird poop on them. The gas grill had not been cleaned. I spoke to the property manager and he said that his maintenance man had been sick since March. Clearly nothing on the outside of the property had been touched since Winter. There was still a bucket of salt on the porch and a shovel near the steps. Nothing was done to address any of the issues. Also I was not able to upload all the photos. We cannot recommend this property and would not stay there again.

Beautiful House - As Described. Two Minor Suggestions

Home was beautiful and as pictured and described. We had a great time, and really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Also, it was within 10 minutes of Attitash ski resort, which was very convenient.Furnishings were very nice and it was so very cozy with the fireplace. I really liked how it was one large room on the main level, so as I was cooking in the kitchen I could still enjoy the ambiance of the woodburning fire place and the family. I just loved the huge island!!! I have two suggestions to further enhance the stay - As there are Nest thermostats, they can be controlled remotely. When you know a guest is arriving, set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. When we got there is was 58 degrees and we kept changing the temperature to 68-70 but it kept reverting back to 58 as there we so many schedules that were set to 58. It took a while until we realized this. I suggest setting an Eco mode temperature that people use when they leave which would eliminate all the schedules. Also, guests shouldn't have to take the trash to the dump - this was very inconvenient and my son ended up taking the recycling back home with him. We had to stay longer than we wanted as the dump didn't open until 10 and when he got there he had to further sort the plastic by number. This is when he said forget it and took it home with him. Other than those two suggestions, the property was perfect.

Exactly as described!

The house was exactly as described. We have already referred our friends. Our 7 year old enjoyed the river in the backyard so much he has plans to move us into the home permanently.
