Discover this newer home in the highly desirable and quiet Greenehaven neighborhood, just minutes from Page, Wahweap Marina, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and countless outdoor adventures. Take in breathtaking views of Lake Powell, the Vermilion Cliffs, and Navajo Mountain from this incredible property.

Enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets as they light up the canyon walls, visible through the expansive 15-ft sliding glass door in the open-concept living area, an 8-ft slider in the primary bedroom, and a 6-ft slider in the back bedroom.

The home is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, featuring four Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, patio furniture, a BBQ grill, and a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure year-round comfort. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.

We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests are responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning required due to the presence of a service animal. Beautiful Views and Very Clean

Spent one night while on a road trip around the Southwest. This home was a great place to kick up our feet after a long day of driving and sightseeing. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Do not hesitate to stay at this very nice property. It is outside of Page and has a short drive, but that ensures that it remains quiet!

Great home base with all you need

We loved staying in this new, clean home and using it as home base for our adventures on Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Kanab, Peek-A-Boo canyon, and Grand Chamber, each of which were short, easy drives from the house through beautiful scenery. We ate in the house for breakfast and dinner every day. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the grill to be perfect for cooking with a view. It was perfect for us and our 3 grown kids.

Perfect Place for getaways

The place is Clean, new, tastefully decorated with open concept that makes cooking fun. The kitchen has ample kitchen utensils, with stunning view of Lake Powell . We enjoyed sitting outside soaking in the view and stargazing at night . The host is extremely helpful and gave us list of activities around the area. We can’t wait to go back !

Modern Lake Powell Heaven

This place had a long driveway which was perfect as I brought my boat with me (I have a massive 23ft surf boat and it fit on the driveway with ease) the home was beautiful and new and modern and had every kind of amenities that you could ever need but what did it for me was the view of lake Powell that this home has. Money can’t buy that. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay!!

What a great place to stay when visiting northern AZ! Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy the area. Really appreciated the information book on site with recommendations for the area. Hosts were fantastic with communication and accommodating time change issues!! ;) You need to stay here if coming to the area!!

Nice location with an awesome view on Lake Powell. The house met our expectations. Unfortunately the garage isn’t accessible for renters. Some minor deficiencies for the kitchen ustensiles, we like to cook! And a bit noisy but efficient AC.

Great central location for fun

We stayed nine days in this rental. It was in a new neighborhood with plenty of empty lots. The view was amazing, especially when there was an alpine glow. Great central location for exploring a variety of slot canyons, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Vermillion Cliffs, Marble Canyon, Lee's Ferry and Horseshoe Bend. If we ever make it back to the area, we would stay here again.

Nice house with great views!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and updated. The kitchen was well furnished and had more than we expected! Upon arrival the fridge was stocked with bottled water which was nice to have for our travels outside of the property! Ground coffee was also provided which was also a pleasant surprise, so it was nice to have those two things available on site to not have to provide/purchase ourselves. Not to mention the master bedroom was VERY comfortable for sleeping. We really enjoyed our experience on the property. The views were great! We had only one minor hiccup and Tanzia was great at being prompt to assist us with our needs. No complaints here. Our overall experience was great!

Plus the endless activities the Page and surrounding areas have to offer. The house is centrally located near Big Rock, Wahweap Marina, Antelope Canyon, Grand Staircase and Vermilion Cliffs National Monuments. Within a few hours drive is Zion & Bryce National Park and the start of the Grand Canyon.
We love exploring the area by boating, hiking, jeeping, golfing, fishing and paddle boarding. Don't forget to relax in the peaceful, quiet Greenehaven community. From the home patio look up and appreciate the endless stars with the dark sky community.

We decided to purchase in Page after visiting the area many times and have been exploring Lake Powell via our boat for many years. Since building our house we are amazed at the endless areas to explore around Page. We find this area to be one of the most relaxing places we have ever been and we hope you do also.

Our favorite feature of the house is the views and open floor plan! We love to just sit on the porch or inside and enjoy the endless vistas of Lake Powell and desserts landscape. You'll see a kaleidoscope of colors starting with dawn all the way to dusk with the alpenglow!
