The home is located just minutes from downtown Atascadero and surrounded by vast wineries, beaches and just 15 mins to SLO. This home counts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. Our space has a fantastic backyard with a covered patio, lounge chairs for sunbathing, outdoor dining table, hammock for two and plenty of seating. We have outdoor games such as bocchi ball, volleyball for the pool, 6 foot Jenga and pool noodles. Please bring other pool toys you may want and life jackets for your kids. Hot tub is available year round with massage jets and blue tooth speakers.

The house sits on a hill which gives it a nice private feel. It has a great open floor plan with the kitchen opening up to the dining and living room area. Master bedroom opens up to the back yard with seating off the back door. Great bathtub for two and a big walk in shower. All bedrooms have down comforters with soft white sheets with an airy feel to them. There is plenty of parking in front or on the side of the house. You will need a car to get around but we are only 5 mins from downtown Atascadero which offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and bars. We are minutes from the 101 and only 15 mins to San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, 15 mins to Paso Robles, 15 mins. to Morro Bay with plenty of wineries all around. You can't beat this location. Please text us for anything you may need. We are available and live close by. Atascadero is a great town its centrally located to San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles and many winieries and beaches. It has a nice park with many monthly activities, you can look under City of Atascadero for details. Great indoor and outdoor dining places: Street Side Ale House, Guest House Grill, La Parrilla, Thai Elephant, Tent City Beer Company, The Whisky Bar, Sylvester's Burgers, In-N-Out, and Bru Coffeehouse. Up and coming town with a big outdoor shopping area coming soon. Atascadero lake has a family park with fishing, paddle boats and a small zoo near by. Nacimiento lake which is 15 mins away, allows boats and fishing. Morro Bay which is a cute town with the famous, Morro Rock. There's shopping and food with beaches near by. Other nearby beaches Avila, Pismo Beach and Oceano Dunes( take a drive on the beach). I would advise on having a car. Parking is good in the local towns all paid parking, read the signs on how to pay, sometimes they aren't clear. Our pool has a solar cover that heats up the pool. Depending on the weather will determine how warm the pool will be. Typically warmer mid March- April stays warm till November. You may use the pool but it will be cooler. We do expect our guest to take full responsibilty of anyone that may not be a strong swimmer. Please bring what you may need to make this a safe stay.
