Your Bozeman luxury getaway...Location, Views, Comfort...Stay for a month or just a few days. This new modern cottage was beautifully designed and located in an ideal location. Just 1 mile east of downtown Bozeman and close to trails galore. Relax after a day of soaking up the fresh mountain air and recreational opportunities with high end furnishings. Bozeman's vibrant downtown is a few minutes away for delicious meal options or take advantage of your fully equipped kitchen and luxury home.

Two luxury king sized bedrooms and a flex room with a full sized sofa bed/office sleep 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 children comfortably. This is a lovely modern space with live plants and healthy features. We want you to feel completely taken care of and provide filtered water as well as nourishing gently bath and body products. The home features a nest thermostat to control your indoor environment as well as smart TV's in each bedroom and living room and a home sound system. High speed internet and flex office space is provided allowing for an efficient work space to keep you productive in Bozeman! A printer and basic office supplies are provided. Recreational opportunities abound here in Bozeman and your cottage is located only .3 from wonderful trails that connect to Bozeman's Main Street to the Mountains trail system. We are happy to provide two adult bicycles to hit up the trails or simply cruz into downtown Bozeman. Children's bikes may be availably upon request. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like bikes! Your well behaved dog is invited to come too and will love the fresh air and open spaces in Bozeman! Please carefully read and agree to the rules about your pet before booking this rental. We can't wait to host you and be an integral part of your magical Montana memories!
Your cottage offers plenty of parking! The single car extended garage will accommodate a full sized truck or van. There is an additional parking space in front of the garage and ample street parking. The neighborhood is easily accessed from I-90 and downtown Bozeman is one mile with little to no traffic. Town & Country grocery store is located a half a mile towards Bozeman.

Your luxury cottage is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood, one mile east of downtown Bozeman. You will be surrounded on two sides by parks and mountain views. There are amazing nearby trails (.3 miles) that connect to a network of trails including Main Street to the mountains! You will be close to Bozeman Deaconess hospital and Lindley Park and have little to no traffic on your way into town or when accessing Interstate 90. Come enjoy all Bozeman has to offer in this luxury gem!
Getting around is easy from your luxury cottage. Safely bike to downtown Bozeman or take a short 3 min drive. Uber/Lyft available. One quarter mile to nearest grocery store. Hop on the interstate and pop off at any Bozeman exit. Super convenient and quick.
We allow one dog per stay. Please, please, please do not bring your puppy (dog under age of 1) or a dog who jumps on doors or furniture or sometimes urinates in the house! This is a luxury home and we would like to keep it that way! Your dog will need to be leash walked in the outside yard and neighboring parks as no fencing is provided. Plan to pick up all of your dog's doodies and dispose in the outside blue trash bin. Your dog may not be left unattended inside the home or garage unless in a dog crate and not for more than 5 hours. A dog crate may be provided upon request and please inquire about dog walking!
If you have a service dog we will need to be provided with documentation that your service dog is currently registered.
Your one well behaved dog (over the age of one) or emotional support animal will need to pay the $150 dog fee and agree to pay for any damage incurred while staying in our home. Damage fees begin at $800 and include the time, expense and sometimes loss of income incurred in repairing or replacing damaged wood, furniture, bedding, etc.
Saying that, we love dogs and hope your's meets the criteria listed above! We have a wonderful off leash dog park very close to your cottage called Pete's hill and many trails in Bozeman where they can enjoy the sweet scents unique to true Montana nature! ONE well behaved dog is allowed with a $150 pet fee. Extended stays require a $250 pet fee. If your dog jumps on doors or windows or urinates in the house please do not plan to bring your pet. This includes dogs under one year of age. We love pets but this is a Luxury home filled with expensive furnishings. I/We agree to never leave our dog unattended in the cottage or garage unless in a crate and for no more than 5 hours in a crate. Additional fees up up to $800 or more may be charged for pet damage and loss of rental fees associated with replacing and/or refinishing damaged property. I/We understand that there is no fenced yard at this vacation property and agree to leash walk my dog and not to leave my dog unattended in outside unfenced yard and neighboring parks. LOCAL DOGS are not allowed unless pet fee has been paid.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 5 Adults. QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. All outdoor activities producing noise discernible from a neighboring property shall cease by 10:00 p.m.
NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE anywhere on property.
FURNITURE MUST NOT BE MOVED. LOCAL GUESTS spending extended time may incur an extra fee of $50 per guest per day.
BIKES are use at your own risk! Please be aware that biking while intoxicated is illegal in Montana. Please bring your own helmet and use safety lights when biking after dark. Let us know if anything needs to be repaired on our bikes. If they are not in the garage they may need to be delivered. Please let us know ahead of time if you may want them. Enjoy!
CHECK-IN Time is 4:00 unless otherwise agreed upon. CHECK-OUT Time is 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed upon. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ARRIVE AFTER 7 PM or on a later date than agreed upon check in date.
TRASH REMOVAL: Trash & Recycling bins are provide for you. If you have trash/recycling in excess of the bins provided please call Pele at 406-581-4823. Trash & Recycling is to be placed on the curbside on Wednesday evening in order to be available for Thursday morning pickup.
I (we) hereby agree to abide by the above written rules & agree to vacate rented premises no later than the 4:00 pm and notify Owner upon checking out. Before vacating, I (we) will do the following maintenance: 1. Wash any dishes that are not clean in the dishwasher. 2. Pick up any dog waste that is in the backyard or side yards. In the event that a pet or party is found on the premises during your stay, if it was not allowed per agreement, Landlord/owner shall have the right to withhold $800 per pet and $800 per party. We reserve the right to ask you and your guests to vacate the premise IMMEDIATELY if quiet hours are not respected or out-of- hand parties are being held. If a violation of the lease agreement is suspected, including but not limited to: (extra people staying in the house, a party that is being held without permission, smoking on the premises, illegal activity, or more than one dog) we reserve the right to inspect the premises without notice. I (we) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. LANDLORD/OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY. I(We) accept all risk and responsibility associated with borrowing and riding the owner's bikes and agree to not hold owner liable for any injuries incurred when riding the bikes. By paying through the hosting website you automatically agree to all parts of this Lease. Anything broken or damaged must be reported IMMEDIATELY so that necessary repairs can be made and further damage may be avoided. PLEASE do not attempt to make repairs yourself. PLEASE, if you notice anything amiss about our vacation rental let us know so that we can make your stay more comfortable! Thank you! We look forward to hosting you and your loved ones.
