As guests, you’ll have full access to the entire property except for the garage. We invite you to make the most of the outdoor seating, pool, hot tub, pool table, and cozy living spaces. You’ll find a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs, making this perfect for longer stays.

There is 24/7 guest access with a Smart Lock system and self-check-in, ideal for seamless arrivals. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway

Please note that the primary booking guest is required to be over 25 due to the caliber of the estate and neighborhood, and you must provide an ID within 72 hours of booking.

We expect our guests to be respectful of the property and the neighbors. We welcome groups celebrating special occasions, but the party, gathering, or event can't be considered a threat to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the public. All noise needs to be brought inside at 9 pm. PARTY OR ANYTHING MAY CAUSE EXCESSIVE NOISE IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIME. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises and no refund given. A $1,500 fine will be assessed for hosting a party at any point of the stay.

Tesla rental is available and delivery to the home is free (if you rent it from our partner by going to Turo dot com/drivers/2072836). Please let the owner know you are renting our home and he will deliver a Tesla of your choice for free.
