FIND YOUR ESCAPE to the beach at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, #4208. This 2nd floor, BEACH FRONT, 2/2 unit will not disappoint! Book your next vacation here and create memories that will last a lifetime! Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself for being right on the beach :) **This unit is listed for sale and there could be showing requests during your visit.

THE SPACE: A day of play will work up an appetite, so relax and cook your specialties in the fully equipped kitchen. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Our dining table seats 4. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen Roku TV. The master bedroom has a TV and an en suite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a TV and hall access to the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your meals. The view is stunning! There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy our inviting amenities which include two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (located in building 1, heated year-round), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, spacious picnic area, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps from the beach and a private, coded locked gate is provided at the entrance. Beach chair and umbrella service is available in season. Tents are allowed but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *Boats and trailers are not allowed on property except when loading or unloading. You must make arrangements to park your boat and trailer offsite prior to your arrival. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Condo was great, loved the sectional so plenty of room for seating. View was great from the condo to the beach. Overall quiet, crowds were smaller since we traveled at the end of September. Overall a great stay!

Our 3 night stay was June 2025. Very limited parking so no early check-in allowed. Public parking next door for 10 if you want to hang out on beach prior to check-in. Once you check in, it’s 50 per vehicle to park with a 2 vehicle max. Unit was very clean. We eat in every meal and the kitchen had everything you need. Unit is on 2nd floor with a good view of the beach and pool. We would def stay there again!

Cute Beach Condo

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This condo worked perfectly for us. We loved the view and the beach. The living area was comfortable, and so was the bed. The kitchen had just what we needed. Good location too.

This location was perfect for our beach family location. Condo was clean, nice and was overall wonderful. Our two year old loved the balcony & it was a great place to hang out. Pool was great and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend a

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were very comfy. The view from this unit was amazing!! Our only complaint is that it needs a little updating. Bathroom shower/tub needs updating and couch and loveseat need to be replaced. Overall, it was a great stay.

Girls weekend

This location is amazing! Amenities are plentiful! Beach access was amazing with a short stroll to the water! Location was within walking distance to food and shopping! The condo was just as listed with comfy beds, stocked kitchen and lovely view from the balcony! Will definitely stay here again!

This property condo was so adorable, spacious yet cozy! The pool & beach were steps away and it was quick easy access to everything you would need for a successful beach vacation! Property owners checked in & were very nice! Can’t wait to return!!

Checked all the boxes!

Not only freshly painted but overall “fresh” and clean, with an excellent beach view from the balcony. A balcony that not only was properly furnished for restful observation time, but also stocked with chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach. It also overlooked the larger of the two pools so we could judge the best time to take our 2 year old grandson for a swim. The complex is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and Stephanie at Sea South Properties checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and was most responsive to any inquiry.

Perfect!

This Seaside condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway before starting back to school! Kitchen with plenty of utensils, etc. Smart TV in each room. Comfy balcony with view of the beach and the pool! Elevator, clean stairwells, and plenty of carts for loading/unloading. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, ice cream and activities.

Nice Place

Stayed for a family vacay. Condo was very nice. The pools were very nice. We were right on the beach, so no crossing busy roads. Everything was excellent except for the wifi. Wifi was sketchy at best.

Lovely Condo

This lovely condo was well stocked and beautifully decorated! We went near the 4th of July, so that area was very crowded but that was expected! We would stay here again!

A great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Super cute set up, clean, comfy beds, great location and easy in and out. It really had everything we needed for our stay and you sure can’t beat the view-I watch dolphins from the deck every morning. Walking to the beach was simple. We even went out at night to look for sand dollars. I was surprised that even though it overlooks the pool it was QUIET. Our favorite place to eat was Live Bait just down the street and Wolf Bay. They had an amazing outdoor deck with beautiful views and more dolphin sightings. We loved Orange Beach and would definitely stay again!

Disappointed

The parking and parking fees were horrible. Very expensive too park with no garage and the access too out room was very difficult for my husband and I we are both disabled. The tv in main front bedroom did not work. Couldn’t enjoy pool because of cursing and lot of foul play we brought our 8 year old granddaughter. We couldn’t find any handicap parking due too full parking lot.

Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been wanting to check out this condo for a few years because we’ve stayed next door a few times. The location could not be more convenient to anything you want/need as far as restaurants, grocery and shopping. I also love the convenience of being a few steps away from the pool and just a few more to the beach. I am so glad I chose this unit. Everything was so nice and super clean. I usually go in with my Lysol wipes and floor sweeper but I didn't have to do anything!! And to top it off, the balcony was just perfect!! I went for a short girl’s trip and will be booking a longer stay next year. I’ll also be booking this for our family trips as well! Great pool for kiddos!! The security guard shack was a huge plus- I also saw guards walking the property multiple times! Not only was this property clean the entire time, I felt safe!
