Living room (living/dining area) with open kitchen. 1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed, shower room, and separate toilet. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed and its own private shower room with toilet. Terraces for each ground-floor bedroom, one of which overlooks the pétanque court. Shared laundry room accessible from outside or the entryway: private washer/dryer, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Heated pool area shared with the owners, secured by a roller shutter (8x4.5m/up to 1.50m deep), Jacuzzi. Gas barbecue/plancha. Converted barn with games (ping-pong, foosball, etc.). 90x190 beds can be provided if needed.
