Cocoonr offers this charming, fully-renovated 60 m² house in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, 250 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190) that can be joined together to form a double bed

- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners can provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, baby high chair, cot, etc.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing fenced garden of 150 m².
- A 10 m² balcony with furniture and an awning with crank handle to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, 250 m from the beach, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities and sports: sand yachting, surfing, cycling on cycle paths, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer....

Saint-Georges-de-Didonne town centre and market are a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Events and entertainment: international beach tennis tournament, fireworks on 15 August, drone shows at the beginning of August, open-air concerts....

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity: 2 vehicles).
