#6 Miami Beach Resort

Cabin #6 is a stand alone cabin right on the beach with sunrise views and the sound of waves crashing you to sleep at night. It is a two bedroom unit with full bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen with appliances and a living area with sofa. This is about as close to Lake Huron as you can sleep without your pillow getting wet. There is literally nothing between your front door and Lake Huron but a few footprints in the sand! This nicely appointed cabin with beautiful sunrise and moonrise views will not disappoint.

Very nostalgic cabin. Comfortable for 3 of us but 6 would be very tight. Enjoyed our short fall break. Everything as expected and would stay again

Check in was very easy and we had everything we could possibly need. Carla and her family were delightful and made us feel at home, she addressed every request. The property is stunning and we greatly appreciated the kayaking equipment, firepit, and chairs that were provided. It truly was an excellent stay

Quick summer getaway

Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights in cabin 6! The cabin was clean and cozy. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach location! Nothing but sand and lounge chairs between the front door and Lake Huron. Our kids are already planning a longer return trip next summer. You won’t be disappointed with the Miami Beach cabins!!

Great cabin, even better views

We had a great stay - cabins were clean and tidy, loved the on-site grills, fire rings and closeness to the beach. The owner was around on-site and a great host. 10/10 recommend.

Our favorite spot!

The cabin is right on the beach with so many things to do. Firewood provided, beach toys are located in a small shed on the property. Each cabin has its own grill and picnic table. There are fire pits to share with others on the property. Towels and basic cooking supply are here. I love the scents of the soaps, it’s a nice touch. Any questions about the property are always answered in a timely fashion. This is our second vacation year here staying in the same cabin. Without a doubt will be coming back next year. I just want to say one thing, remember most sites you book these owners do not stay in the units so, you will be the one first hand to notice if anything needs attended to. Just communicate it to the owners politely so they can fix it. Book this for easy going experience, beautiful sunrises, peaceful waves. A chance to make great memories with your family.

Alright

The cabin itself was nice. Our oven did not work, which was a necessity for us. We have 2 children with specialized diets due to medical conditions. We brought food we could prepare for them. The oven was not working. The pull out couch did not work either, the bed wouldnt unfold from the couch. Multiple days we had someone sleeping on the floor due to that not working. There werent extra blankets available for extra warmth when the temps dropped outside, with no working thermostat to help with heat either. The beach area and grill, fire pit, kayaks were all nice to use and have available.

Awesome stay

This is such a wonderful place. The owners were great!! It was right on the beach. My granddaughter loved all the sand. My kids took the kayaks out twice. We had a fire both nights. Will definitely come back next year!!!

Disappointing

I stayed in Oscoda many times. This is by far the worst cabin on the beach that I have visited. Owners of the cabin were unresponsive when called for broken items. The first day we stayed the bathroom sink would not drain so we were not able to use it our entire visit. Call to have it repaired we were told they would be out to fix it and they never showed up the three days we were there. The following day the TV stopped working which is really only a minor inconvenience considering there is a beautiful view. Oscoda is a beautiful place to visit I go every year I will not come back to these cabins again!

Beautiful Beach Property

We had a great stay in a nice cabin right on the beach. Everything we needed was provided and really loved having the grill to use for cooking dinner. It was nice to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee right along the waters edge. We met some really nice people during our stay, especially the owners, who were great to talk to. This is definitely a return location for us in the future as it checked all the boxes for our vacation needs. See you soon!
