The bedroom mattress is 160 x 200 cm. The pillows are 60 x 60 cm. The duvets are 220 x 240 cm. The sofa bed in the living room is a basic bed and does not offer the comfort of a real bed; its dimensions are 140 x 200 cm. The accommodation accommodates only the number of guests included in the reservation; any additional visitors are prohibited and may result in the termination of the reservation. The included cleaning fee covers the cleaning of all surfaces. The apartment must be returned in its original condition and tidiness; no dishes should be left drying. etc. Trash must be emptied. Charcoal barbecues or any other smoking devices are strictly prohibited. The apartment is very nice and well-maintained, freshly renovated and repainted, in a quiet building with very peaceful neighbors. I do not recommend it to careless people who intend to throw parties and cause a disturbance. All noise levels must remain reasonable. Any damage or deficiency in the apartment will result in a claim against your security deposit. Accidental breakage or a damaged wall can happen, of course, but I prefer that it be reported to me honestly rather than discovering it myself.
