Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Labor Day weekend stay was great

We had a great labor day weekend and the condo was perfect! Communication was great and check in and out was easy and efficient. The amenities at the condo were wonderful and our family had a great time. We will book here in the future!

The building is nice but very large so the beach and pools are crowded. This stay was our second at the property but this stay was less enjoyable. The cost of parking passes are now 60 each and last year they were 30. Last year my son and his wife visited for a few hours and were allowed to park with a visitor pass. This year we had to purchase a 60 pass which was used for 4 hours.The unit can only be described as tired. The furniture in the living room should have been replaced a while ago. The mattresses on both king beds need replacing. The washing machine is shedding a seal which leaves black flakey stuff on clothes.The balcony also has a couple of chairs and a couch that should be discarded.However, the kitchen implements and dishes were nice and plentiful. The televisions all worked and the dish system was easy to use. The WiFi was just ok.The bathrooms were clean and no pests were present.

Long weekend

Stay was great, everything that they say it is was accurate. Beautiful property with one the best pool amenities of all the condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I know for the kids it was perfect, we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to because everything was there and when you aren’t DoorDashing, there are a host of restaurants directly across the street. We also went to the (2) different arcades that are adjacent to one another and close enough to be able to walk from one to the other and do both with the kids which blew their minds! 😂 fat daddy’s arcade

Orange beach vacation

Master bedroom mattress was very bad. When you lay in the bed you fall into the middle and into a big hole. My wife and I had to sleep in the second bedroom which was a bummer as the view and lighting was from the master.

ORANGE BEACH

The condo was as listed except the description said the condo included an ice maker, but it did not and the fridge did not have a bucket of produced ice that we could use. We had to buy ice on the ground floor before going to the beach. Not happy about that. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Overall we were satisfied

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. There were just a few minor things we noticed. The patio furniture cushions had mildew on them. There was a cushion tie torn off and laying on the patio. The floor mat by the sliding doors had sand on it and it got tracked inside. There was no vacuum cleaner. The oven smelled like something burning when we turned it on, and it didn't cook the food right. We had to throw away the food. Our smoke detector battery was going dead so the detector started "chirping." We called maintenance but they never came to replace it. We had to go buy one and replace it ourselves. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river, water slide, indoor pool, hot tub, and workout room. The condo is near many restaurants and attractions. We liked being able to park on the same level as our condo. We never waited more than 2-3 minutes for an elevator. We appreciated the extra bathroom that had the walk-in shower. We also liked having the ice machine in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!
