The house is located on Île Grande, in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast. It was designed to make the most of this exceptional setting, where every room offers a breathtaking view of the sea.

Set on a 2,700 m² lot with direct access to Pors Jelen Beach, this two-story house is spacious and sleeps up to 8 people.

It is laid out as follows.

GROUND FLOOR:

- The front door opens onto a hallway connecting all the rooms on the first floor.

- The first bedroom, facing west, offers a view of the island’s north coast and the Triagoz archipelago. It is equipped with a 140-cm-wide double bed, storage furniture, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and direct access through a glass door to the north-facing terrace.

- The restroom is separate

- The staircase leads to the upper floor

- At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the semicircular living area. Four floor-to-ceiling windows offer a 270° view of the sea. The living area consists of a living room and a dining area. The living room, perfect for relaxing and reading, is furnished with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and some storage units. The dining area features a large table.

- The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with all modern conveniences (oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.).

UPSTAIRS:

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. All offer a view of the sea. You’ll also find a half-bath

- The second bedroom faces west. It has two single beds, a closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and sink.

- The third bedroom faces northeast. It features a 140-cm-wide double bed, storage space, and a bathroom with a shower and sink

- The fourth bedroom faces north. It features a 140-cm-wide double bed, storage space, and a bathroom with a shower and sink



EXTERIOR:

The house is situated in the middle of a 2,700 m² lot. Surrounding the house are two terraces that allow you to choose the best sun exposure and views. At the far end of the garden, you’ll find access to the GR34 coastal trail and Pors Gelen Beach.



- The south-facing terrace, protected by trellises, is semi-enclosed. It’s ideal for sheltering from the wind. You’ll find all the outdoor furniture you need for relaxing and dining al fresco (table, barbecue, and plancha).



- The north terrace offers an exceptional view of the sea. You can arrange the outdoor furniture there as you wish.



- The large, minimalist garden has no fences separating it from neighboring gardens. This provides the best possible view.



- A wide grassy driveway leads to the house. It can be used for parking vehicles. You can also park your vehicle off the property. Note that the street is a cul-de-sac and therefore not a through road.



NEARBY:

Île Grande is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is accessible by vehicle. You’ll find several amenities on the island (2 restaurants, a small grocery store, a fish market at the harbor, etc.)

There are many activities available to you:



- Hiking around the island along the GR34 coastal trail. Note that several islets to the west of the island are accessible at low tide. Be sure to check the tide schedules.



- Water sports with the sailing school. Please note that kayaks are provided by the owners.



- Shore fishing. The island is full of great fishing spots.



- Relaxing and swimming. You have a wide selection of beaches with different orientations and characteristics. Choose the right one based on the wind and tides.



Off the island, you can visit the towns along the Pink Granite Coast (Trébeurden, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trégastel, and Perros-Guirec)

You have the entire house to yourself, except for the inaccessible rooms, which are unoccupied.
