Welcome to the Sandy Beach Retreat, located at 13130 Templar Park N, Spirit Lake, this home will host large family gatherings on the southwest shores of Big Spirit Lake. Big Spirit Lake is not attached to East or West Lake and more suited for swimming, kayaking, and boating fun. This home has a great layout with two separate spaces connected. Guests will love the A frame fishing/hunting cabin style decor on the north side of the property and the south side is a beautiful traditional nautical lake home.

The A Frame cabin has an attached two car garage with pin pong table, grill with griddle, fun outdoor toys and solid two-story windows looking to the lake. One private bedroom with Queen bed, bathroom with tiled shower, and cute kitchenette. Looking out to the lake is a dining area and large common area space that could sleep more travelers. Upstairs in the loft you will find additional semi-private sleeping space with one queen size bed and two twin beds.

The south side of the property is a beautiful lake home with three private sleeping spaces. Master bedroom with King size bed, on-suite bath with tub, TV, double closets and views of the lake from bed. The second guest room has a queen bed, TV, and large window. The third place has a full over full bunk bed. The common living area has a pull-out couch that sleeps two and total seating for eight guests. Large dining room table, countertop bar seating, and breakfast nook table for quick meals. Kitchen has granite countertops, great entertaining space, and any kitchen gadget you could desire. While in the insides of the property are super for large family vacations the best space is the amazing lake frontage.

Almost 70 feet of sand beach and swimmable waters. Expansive docking system and swimming area. Great fishing right off the dock with custom fishing chairs that spin out over the water. Come watch the sunrise from the lakefront deck and the sunset from the string lit patio on beautiful Big Spirit Lake.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
