Located inside Chamberlain with everything you need close by, this newly remodeled home makes the perfect vacation rental.
Close to Parks, Public Beach, Boat, Kayak and bike rentals, Boat Ramps, Marina, Restaurant/Bar, Convenience store and Walking path. Garage is heated/cooled and is the perfect hang out spot with TV, furniture, sink and fridge to keep the drinks cold. Boat parking inside is available. Adequate parking outside for boats/RVs.

Deer hunting

We were up for deer hunting in the area for the weekend. Great place to stay and nicely located by the Marina - had a great time!! (2nd time staying at this location). Thanks and we plan to stay next year again!!

Family hunt

We stayed there while we were in the area hunting. It was a very nice place and located very close to the marina. We are booked to stay there again in about 3 weeks for deer hunting.

This property is exactly what we have been looking for when we take our annual fishing trip to Chamberlain. We want nice, comfortable, and easy access. We are very happy with this accommodation!

Great place!

We stayed here for a short fishing trip. The accommodations were clean and tidy. More importantly, they are perfect for small groups. We put the boat in the garage and were able to sit together to play cards and watch TV after we got off the water. So much better than a hotel. We will be back.

Great location and nice home!

Me and my son had a great trip to hunt pheasant in the area! Chamberlain is a great area central to a few good spots, and a nice town with plenty of dining and shopping. The house was perfect, and had everything we needed for the stay. We’d definitely book it again!

Sept hunting trip

We have been going to Chamberlain twice a year for the last 15 years. This is the first time we have rented a house, but it won’t be the last. The property was well kept and clean.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our week in this cute place. There was enough room for us all, and we enjoyed getting to know Chamberlain, and had fun seeing our friends in Kennebec, Winner, etc. The kids went golfing at the local golf club, and the antique store on Main Street has excellent finds. The house had everything we needed, including lots of outlets!!! The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and the oven cooked beautifully. Hope we get to stay here again!

Perfect Location and Accommodations!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It was perfect for our trip, and being able to park the boat inside, not having to tarp up, and secure items at night was so great. The host was wonderful to work with, and the place was so perfect from a location standpoint to everything we were in the area to do! Highly recommend.

Nice place well done

Very nice place great location Garage set up for a man shed but could use a fan or air conditioning as temps were 92. Gas grille was a mess and empty of gas no grill brush contacted owner on sat about gas didn’t bring new tank until Monday and grill grates we’re still bad luckily we brought a portable grill to cook on. Would recommend to anyone tho great place / a little pricey so the reason for the comments

Our Friends is a gorgeous, newly updated home with an attached heated/cooled garage which makes the perfect hang out space....and face it, when gathering for a vacation, hanging out is just the best! We are located just 3 blocks from the River, Public Beach. Campground and Marina.
