Relax and have fun with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

It is located walking distance from US route 34 in the middle of shopping centers such as Meijer, Jewels, Target, Walmart, great restaurants, bars, entertainment, hair and nail salons, and gas stations etc.

There are 4 beds (1 king and 3 queens plus an air mattress) and 4 couches waiting for their guests.

The house is cleaned and sanitized before every reservation.

The space

It is very roomy and fully renovated.
Hope you like remodeled kitchen and extendable dining table, spacious living room with large smart TV and cozy master bedroom with a private bath and a smart TV.

Amenities such as fire pit and grill on the back yard, 2-car garage, and a finished lower level are included. A part of lower level has corner bar, foosball table, sofa and huge TV for gathering and other part is designed as 4th bedroom.

Basic kitchen utensils including cooking spices and oils, coffee, pots/pan and appliances are provided in kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Detergent is provided in laundry room.

Early check-in is available if the house don't have guest checking out the same day.

Guest access

The entire house is available for you. Front and back yard, 2 car-garage with additional parking for for up to 4 cars on driveway, laundry room, main level and lower level.

Guests don't have access to a mailbox, however, if you need to receive a mail during your stay, let the host know and P.O. box will be set up for you.

There are many events held in historic downtown Oswego, such as the Country Market, Oswego Beats & Eats, Wine on the Fox, Brew at the Bridge, and our annual Christmas Walk. While you're in town, be sure to hike or bike the extensive trail system, play a round of golf at Fox Bend Golf Couse or visit the Fox Valley Winery for a wine tasting and tour. Shopping enthusiasts can indulge on Main Street with plenty of hidden gem boutiques. From downtown take a trip to the country and explore rustic-chic amenities at Emerson Creek and spacious polo grounds at Arranmore Farm!

House rules

We want to keep this place as nice as possible for each guest - Including your group! We put a lot into this house and into the exceptional experience we want for our guests. Please review the following and pass along to all guests.

Parking:
Please park in the driveway or in the garage (not on the street)

Noise:
This is a residential area. Please treat our neighbors with respect and allow them to enjoy their homes in peace as you would like to enjoy yours. The quiet time starts 9.00 pm.

Parties:
No Parties allowed.

Smoking:
No Smoking allowed on the property: $300 fine minimum

Guests:
Please no unregistered guests without prior approval.
Please take your shoes of when stepping on carpet.

Pets:
No pets allowed: $150 fine minimum.

Check in/out:
Please adhere to check in/out times unless otherwise approved. Late check out fee $30 per hour.

Security camera:
In order to monitor number of guests and excessive noise, the security camera is placed in front of the house (as neighbors’ request).

Failure to observe all house rules and policies degrades the experience of future guests and neighbors. Violations will result in fines and/or removal.
