Outdoor:
You will find that Terra Azul has a backyard made for entertaining. The oversized pool will keep you cool on those hot summer days, hang out in the refreshing pool then dry off on one of four lounge chairs. Play a game of Classic Bean Bag Toss Game or around on the Jumbo Connect 4. Sip on your favorite cocktail on the patio seating area with room for four and enjoy your meals on the patio dining table with seating for four more. Your meals can be prepared on the propane-fueled rollaway barbecue and finish your night with your favorite glass of wine in the heated spa. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 50-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. The casual bistro-style table features seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features appliances such as a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. A more formal dining room is found near the billiard table and features seating for seven. Nearby you will find the billiard table and Foosball table where you can challenge a friend in a quick game of 8-Ball or hang out near the bar height dealers table where you can play poker! This is the perfect spot to hang out with your family and friends. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located on the second floor and features a King-sized Bed, two twin-sized Convertible Sofa Sleepers, a 65-inch LG Smart television and a walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor, next to the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, 45-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television and a large reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Bedroom 2 and features a Twin-sized Bed, a Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed and a 45-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television. Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor near the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, 45-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television and reach-in closet.

A sitting room is located at the top of the landing and features a 45-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television and XBOX One game Console. The upstairs hallway bathroom is located next to Bedroom 2, features a bathtub and shower combo and double vanity sinks. The downstairs hallway bathroom is located by the garage and features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund.
