## Space

The ground floor features a spacious 35-square-meter living room designed for relaxation, complete with a coffee/tea corner available at any time, a game/reading area, a large fireplace for winter evenings, two two-seater sofas, a two-seater sofa bed, and a Smart TV.

Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room. You’ll also enjoy a pleasant terrace offering unobstructed views of the Pilat and the surrounding orchards—the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying breakfast or a gourmet snack surrounded by nature.

The sleeping area, accessible via a hallway, guarantees peace and privacy. It consists of two beautiful 12-square-meter bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), both of which can be separated into twin beds as needed.

Outside, you’ll find a variety of amenities available throughout your stay: an outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and outdoor games in the park (croquet, badminton, etc.).

For your convenience, you’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as a free, secure parking spot on the property. You’ll also be able to charge your electric vehicle using a standard outlet on-site.

All amenities are a 10-minute drive away. You can also reach the villages of Agnin and Anjou in 5 minutes, where you’ll find a bakery and a restaurant, as well as a shopping area a little further away with supermarkets, shops, and a pharmacy.

For even more convenience, we can prepare platters of cold cuts, cheeses, and local products upon request—perfect for late arrivals or other needs.
Cyclists, we are certified as an “Accueil vélo” (Bicycle-Friendly) property and provide repair kits.

## Access

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire 100 m² property. On-site parking is free and secured by an electric gate and a video surveillance system at the entrance.

We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay and explore the region. Cycling is also an excellent option for discovering the surrounding area.
