You will have private, exclusive access to the entire 3-story townhouse. Entry is contactless and secure with a keypad. Your unique access code and check-in details will be provided before your arrival.
Parking Regulations:
You may park one (1) vehicle in the private garage.
You may park one (1) additional vehicle directly in front of the garage door.
There are 7 extra first-come, first-served spots for tenant use on the left as you enter the complex. Please only use spots marked by the 'Tenant Parking' signs.
Important: The strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than these designated spots.
