The two-bedroom residence combines comfort with space, perfect for families or close friends. Expansive layouts, two spa-inspired bathrooms, and double balconies highlight the balance between privacy and connection.

THE SPACE:
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony.
• 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed.
• Spacious 1123 ft² (104 m²) of living space.
• Bay and City view with Western exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, Devialet speaker system, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation.
• The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Luxury Rentals™ is not affiliated, associated or endorsed by 1 HOTEL and HOMES®, Starwood, SH Group Global IP Holdings, L.L.C. or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Amenities were outstanding. Process was smooth and easy and Adriano was terrific. Would definitely stay again.

Unassumingly Perfect for Families

Our stay was luxurious, but not stuffy. The property and accommodations were well suited for a family with excellent customer service and amenities. Overall, I would high recommend to any friend considering a quick getaway to Miami.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Girls mid week getaway

Overall a fantastic seamless time had at this unit. There was a water issue a few floors above which left us with no use of toilets and showers.. and was finally fixed at 6:30 pm. After we checked out.. we wanted use of a quick shower and was given such a hard time in the gym. It shouldn’t be that hard to use a shower for 10 minutes. I was told it was busy and occupied when in fact .. there was not 1 person in the gym shower.
