Welcome to Villa Nathan – A serene interlude between nature and the ocean

Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of Villa Nathan, a true haven of peace nestled in Breuil-Magné, just 5 minutes from Rochefort. Here, everything has been designed to combine modern comfort, outdoor leisure and absolute relaxation.

An outdoor space that invites you to disconnect
As soon as you arrive, the charm works: a large heated swimming pool of 9 x 3.5 m awaits you, secured by a curtain, surrounded by a beautiful terrace decorated with deckchairs, hammock and pallet sofas for naps in the sun.

In the shade of the patio, enjoy a majestic mosaic and wrought iron table for your meals with family or friends, with the barbecue at hand.

For the more playful, a ping-pong table, a basketball court with 2 baskets, a football area with cages add a fun touch to your days. Children will be delighted by the hut full of surprises... and for gourmets, a vegetable garden with free access offers fresh herbs, tomatoes...

And that's not all: opposite, a field opens up a bucolic view where you may come across birds, hares or deer...

A house bathed in light and conviviality
As you cross the threshold, an unobstructed view of the pool and nature welcomes you, sublimated by large bay windows that flood the room with sunlight.

The interior is spacious and warm: a large wooden table, an open kitchen with an ultra-equipped central island (Cookeo, blender, dishwasher, etc.), and a cosy living room with corner sofa, TV with streaming and brick wall for an industrial chic touch.

Children have their own dedicated corner: small table, stools, mini sofa and above all a mountain of toys, books, board games for hours of laughter.

On the night side, everyone finds their place:
A master suite with library, office and private bathroom and toilet.
Two bedrooms with a double bed
Another with a bed bunk + drawer bed for 3 beds
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom (with shower and double sink) and separate toilets serve the 3 bedrooms.

Ideally located between the ocean, the countryside and heritage
The house is located on a landscaped plot of 800 m², quiet, with only one neighbour, on a road with little traffic. You are a stone's throw from local shops (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria...) and the Sunday morning market.

By bike or on foot, explore the surrounding walking paths. Rochefort and its cultural riches are 5 minutes away, and the most mythical beaches and islands (Fouras, Ré, Oléron, Aix) are only a short distance away.

From La Rochelle to Royan, from the Corderie Royale to Fort Boyard, you are ideally located to discover the best of Charente-Maritime.
