Ubicado a solo 15 metros del frente al mar, nuestro apartamento Villa está totalmente equipado con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, TV vía satélite, una cocina completa con encimeras de granito e incluye horno, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas y frigorífico.

El apartamento también se puede modificar a una unidad frente al mar de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño para ofrecer una tarifa reducida para parejas / 2 personas. Por favor, pregunte por nuestras tarifas para parejas / 2 personas.

Organizaremos sus vacaciones sin problemas y de manera eficiente, desde traslados privados al aeropuerto con chofer hasta recomendaciones, reservas en restaurantes y excursiones antes de su estadía con nosotros.

Para garantizar que nuestros huéspedes se mantengan en contacto con el trabajo, ofrecemos Wi-Fi seguro y de fibra óptica en todas las habitaciones. Peaceful

The place was nice with excellent sea breezes and view of the ocean. We are able to sit by the pool with sun and shade. A great place to relax, the place was clean and comfortable. The host is very accommodating in making sure we we’re at home and very knowledgeable of the area. A great day would do it again!

The 2 bedroom unit was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager. The pool was amazing and we had great weather!

Lovely 5 weeks

Pleasant accommodation with good bedrooms, nice kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and an excellent pool and air-conditioning. We stayed here for five weeks with family and friends visiting for broadly one week each during our day. property management very well done and very helpful.

The place was nice. However it is not beach front it is ocean front. The property manager was great he helped us out in so many ways. The only thing we didn't like was the property was so far out from everything.

We do state from our advertising that we are Ocean front, located near the waters edge, offering panoramic Ocean views, with the nearest beach a 4 minute walk away and the nearest main beach a few minutes drive away. The nearest town of Ostin's is also only a few minutes drive away. Popular surfing points are walking distance from us and a car is recommended but not essential. Regards Rosalie Apartments

Perfect holiday stay

Rosalie 1 offers a perfect South Coast getaway. Clean & comfortable with nicely appointed kitchen and beautiful furnishings. Close to waves - even though there were sadly few on this trip - but we will be back! Jonathan the property manager was easy to reach and very accommodating and Robert was always just an email away! Lovely neighbors in the building, too. Thanks for a great stay.

We got here and didn't even check in. The pictures do not represent the view from this dark cage of an apartment with grilled windows and walls from the tightly adjoining apartments. We booked and paid for 10 days and left upon checkin but have received nothing nothing back from Rob who promised a 20% refund if I didn't send a negative review, but I've received no refund hence my review. I'm pretty sure they double rented the place. Okay for surfer types but not as advertised for adults. Rob was a total disappointment to deal with.

Dear Anne We are obviously disappointed with your unfair review. The people of Barbados are kind and respectful and we have never had to deal with this type of situation before. You were aggressive from the outset, abusive to our staff and even tried to remove other guests from their apartment. The feedback from our staff was that your husband was fine with everything and obviously the apartment is exactly as advertised as reflected in our reviews and our VRBO 9.8/10 Exceptional rating. Even though it was a massive relief from our staff and all guests when you left, we wish you all the very best and seek any possible assistance that you may require.

2025 Quick Trip

Rosalie Apartment team was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is a central for those who love to surf and walk. We enjoyed being close to our family and walking to Enterprise Beach in the morning. The internal pics are close to what the apartment looks like and it is on the ground level right by the pool and the ocean is right outside the door. I would definitely advise calling the hosts prior to arrival for clear directions.

An absolute gem !

A beautiful apartment in a small complex, right in the water. We were met at the airport and brought to Rosalie Apartments where we were greeted by the property manager Jonathan and his wife Sonja. They were so helpful , organizing the car for us and even took us to the supermarket to stock up. The pool was terrific and the view of the ocean, amazing. Loved the place, we would definitely go back again.

Relax and renew

We had a stress free stay from beginning to end. Robert arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport. He was kind enough to take us for groceries before we arrived to Rosalind. The accommodations were beautiful. The location afforded the peace and quiet we were hoping for. We were never left wondering about how to get what we needed as assistance was a phone call away, friendly and responsive. I would not hesitate to return here and have no hesitation about recommending Rosalind to anyone.

Great stay!

The vacation that we were hoping for! Rosalie was a great location to stay, close to everything but quiet and off of the main drag. We mostly had the place to ourselves for most of our 10 days, which was very relaxing. Johnathan the property manager was very helpful and Sonia the cleaner was very nice. We felt at home! We only had 1 night with some noise from the unit above, but to be expected as people are on vacation! Only thing i would say is that the lounge chairs are not comfy even with the provided cushions...other then that its picture perfect!! Amazing price for what you receive. We will be back!!

Very welcoming and great escape from busy life. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and sits just west enough that the breeze is just right. The facilities made us feel like we were in a home away from home with a feel of luxury and also homely. I would advise a rental car for the best experience however the hosts provide you with all the information you could ever need across the island, with transport all the way to spa treatments , food and anything that suits your taste. It would only be a fair review if cons were outlined , overall near perfect however bus routes are not close so you may need to consider weather you want a peaceful escape or a closer option to Worthing beach may be a better suit if you’re about the party life. Saying this the best spot for a drink on Sunday being surfers bay is right on your doorstep with a reggae night that will for sure be your favourite night on the island. As for the property grounds itself my only con really would be the walkway into the poolside can get a bit slippery when wet so just take real caution. To conclude we had such a great time and plenty that we didn’t get through in the guest book. Far better than any chain hotel and a more down to earth experience. I don’t often write reviews but I will on this occasion and I will definitely be back in the future.

Mid-February visit to Rosalie Apartments.

Property cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Apartment managers were spot-on; unobtrusive but very helpful and friendly. Allowing us to stay undisturbed on departure day was very much appreciated and relieved the stress normal associated with leaving. Also driving us to the supermarket on arrival day, and return was a generous gesture. The location really needed a car as it is a 45min walk to Oistins, the nearest shops, with no bus service. This should be mentioned in the property description.

The villa-apartment was truly a wonderful place to stay. From start to finish, it was an easy process to book. We were met at the cruise terminal and dropped off at the apartment. Everything was spic ‘n span. The queen-sized beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the ceiling fans and AC after a day out. Perhaps the best thing was the view. Waves crashing on the beach, winds blowing the few clouds away. We loved sitting on our patio or by the pool and just watching the scenery. Thanks to Rob, Jonathan, Sonia and Clyde for seeing after our needs. We hope to come back again and again.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful stay in Barbados!!!

We stayed at the Rosalie in a One-bedroom apartment for our first trip to Barbados. We were definitely not disappointed. Everything looks like the pictures - even better actually. The owners were so helpful and set up our taxi to/from the airport so that our arrival and departure were as smooth as possible. They also arranged for our rental car to be delivered. Jonathan, who delivered the car, was great and took the time to show us around the local area and provide tips about driving in Barbados. His suggestions were so valuable to newbies like us. Kamisha, the housekeeper, was also great and very responsive. The view from the apartment is amazing. You cannot beat it for the great price they offer. Everything is top-notch. The location is great - on the quiet, southern end with a wonderful breeze all the time to keep you cool. It is a quick drive to local beaches, Oistins, and St. Lawrence Gap. We had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Not a luxury villa

Disappointed as apartment was not one portrayed in advert., but sumilar one close the jacussi end of pool, where sun loungers were right outside patio so little privacy. Living room/dining area was very compact and kitchen was not well appointed, nothing like the inventory listed in guest information. Had to get pillows and mattress protector replaced as in very poor condition. TV was broken replaced by small replacement. Outside patio needed refurbishment and basin in one bathroom was cracked and did not retain water. Overpriced and needs a complete upgrade.

It became clear that after you had reserved the wrong apartment and we were unable to move you that you would proceed to make things very difficult for our other guests, staff, residents and neighbours during your stay. A full refurbishment was completed towards the end of 2019, including patio furniture and no other guest has complained about this or the other points stated in your review. The appartment is nice, large and quiet. It is a little out of the way being 3 km from Miami beach and Oistens. We enjoyed sitting on our patio with a nice view of the ocean, a d the sound of the waves crashing. The ad needs updating as it not accurate. Some of the pictures are from the appartment at the other end of the pool. The bushes around the complex are larger now affecting the view onto the ocean. The ad states "New refurbishment" however the bathroom taps are corroded, and the caulking around the sink is failing. The ad states free use of washer and dryer, but the book in the appartment states that they are not for guest use. You can arrange to have loads done at $5 per wash, and $7 per dry. Note: The south coast is being affected by sargassum seaweed at the moment.

Very relaxing vacation at the Rosalie

We rented apartment #1, bottom level by the pool, for a week. The location of the Rosalie Apartments suited us perfectly; in a quieter upscale, oceanfront locale yet also fairly near beaches/stores/restaurants, etc. As other's have noted, a rental car is required. The apartment was very comfortable & clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space/lanai was excellent as well. The grounds and garden were immaculate, as was the pool, and acess to the ocean was just through a gate. There is something totally therapeutic about the sound of waves hitting the shore.... Kamisha, the housekeeper/manager, is a wonderful person and a great source of any info you need to know about Barbados. Daily/weekday maid service is provided and was very much appreciated! The booking process for this accommodation is easy and the owner is very responsive in answering questions and providing advice. Two small isues for us: pool was off limits after 7 p.m. (due to cleaning/chemical treatments) and the washers/dryers in the building's onsite laundry room were off limits for rental tenant's usage. We would book the Rosalie again with no hesitation. We had a completely relaxing stay and hope to return!

We are a small dedicated team who work hard to ensure that your vacation at the Rosalie is one to remember and we really appreciate your kind words. Please note our laundry facility is a commercial unit for the building complex and is impractical to allow for guest use, that is why your housekeeper will do your laundry for you on request. The pool is off limits during the hours of darkness so that other guests are not inconvenienced and service can take place.

Great Location

Great Location, close to airport, apartment had everything we needed for our 4 day stay, lots of room for 2 couples. Robert and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Jonathon for all his help

Fantastic

This place was a little gem. So quiet with the sound of the ocean always there to enjoy. The pool was lovely, most times we had it all to ourselves. Jonathan met us when we arrived. The grocery stores weren’t open so he drove us into town to a convenience store and ordered a take out meal for us. He was extremely helpful with his recommendations. Sophie cleaned our room for the second week and she was just lovely. She gave us some coffee for our first morning. You will need a car to get around.

amazing location

the property is amazing and well kept for a salty air breeze property!! the view over the ocean is breathtaking and the hibiscus flowers greet us every morning. Johnathan does is such a nice host and made us feel so welcome. Caribbean style at its best. the distance to oistins and beach locations is a little trip, but the drive over the island is pleasant and happy! Definately a location i would come back to and an island to remember with amazing memories. Thanks Barbados, Thanks Johnathan! we loved it, Cynthia& Sacha
