This well-equipped studio of 28 m2 with open kitchen (including a real oven:) overlooks a very pleasant living room facing the sea that you can see from every corner of the apartment. The sea is 2 steps away, the beach is 2 minutes walk from the residence. It is a secure and very well maintained residence with caretaker and elevator. Located on the 5th and last floor, the apartment benefits from an unobstructed view and no neighbors above, which can be precious:)

Located in the heart of the boucanet 5 minutes walk from its small market, and its shops, the cinema and 15 minutes walk from the port and the bubbling center of Grau du Roi, it is above all 2 minutes walk from the beach and the sea. You can get there by a pretty path just below the residence. This beach is very pleasant both for swimming and for long walks along the seaside (possibility to walk 45 minutes to the Grande Motte). Or just to bask in the sun or make sand castles.

A cycle path at the foot of the residence leads you to all the points of interest in the surroundings, the port of Grau du Roi but also the Grande Motte, Port Camargue, the beautiful fortified town of Aigues Mortes and its magnificent salt marshes (pink salt water lake)...

If you prefer to use the car, you will have a badge to be able to easily enter and exit the parking lot at the bottom of the residence in which you have a reserved space.

If you come on foot from Montpellier or Nîmes train station, a bus station taking you to these stations is 5 minutes from the residence.
