This home is both comfortable & classy. The 2 bedrooms each feature comfortable king sized beds. Hiking trails right out the front door. The perfect location for the hot air balloon launch during Balloons & Tunes in February each year! Near Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, slot canyons & more. When you come back from adventuring relax in your own private hot tub while you gaze at the starry skies! Our larger house, Mighty 5 Main, is located on the same property if your group needs more space.



The Space:

Seeing the word "casita", you might be thinking small. However, at 957 sq. ft., Mighty 5 Casita has plenty of space for up to 6 guests. In addition to the king beds, there's also an inflatable queen mattress. With modern decor and ample amenities, this casita will make your stay feel grand and luxurious.



Master Bedroom - King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, luggage rack.



Ensuite Bathroom - Double vanities, beautifully tiled shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner, closet.



Bedroom 2 - King bed, Smart TV, closet, luggage rack.



Guest Bathroom - Shower/tub combo with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner.



Living room - Couch, chair, coffee table, Smart TV.



Kitchen - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware & dishes, Keurig with complimentary pods, dining table with seating for 4.



Washer & dryer in closet in main living area, complimentary laundry pods & fabric softener.



Backyard - Desert landscaping, amazing views, ample outdoor seating, table, gas fire pit, hot tub, gas grill, Frisbee golf discs.



If you do need more space, check out the Mighty 5 Main house, which is on the same property and sleeps 8.



Guest Access:

You'll receive the door code after booking your reservation. It's VERY IMPORTANT to read the instructions for the hot tub and cover. Any damage to the cover, clips and actual hot tub will result in an extra charge. Please understand that these are brand new hot tubs and for the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Mighty 5 Casita is located close to Highway 89, but far enough away that it's a quiet neighborhood. It's set on a wide street with very little traffic. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are empty lots on either side of the home as well as behind it, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub.



A wired Ethernet jack is provided in the south wall of the living room/kitchen area.

● Internet service to the property is supplied via a fiber optic network providing download speeds up to 1 gigabit per second, and upload speeds up to 100 megabits per second.

● Individual, dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi access points are installed in each bedroom, providing incredibly high speed Internet access and 100% coverage to guest devices.

● Guest Wi-Fi networks are protected using WPA2-AES encryption for enhanced security.

● A wired Ethernet connection is provided in each home for guests requiring additional performance, up to the maximum available speed of 1 gigabit per second download and 100 megabits per second upload.

● TVs installed at the property are connected to the Internet using Ethernet cables, rather than Wi-Fi for optimum streaming video performance.

● Smart Locks, with guest codes, allow easy, keyless entry to the property.



Also, please don't turn the thermostats below 62 and above 72 degrees.
