The private balcony offers sweeping mountain views, the ideal setting for waking up with your first cup of morning coffee. After a day on the frosty winter slopes or a fun hot-weather hike, kick back in the suite to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV mounted above the handsome fireplace. Head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal then enjoy your masterpiece at the dining table with seating for four. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a visit to the shared pool and sauna. When evening falls, gather everyone around the community firepit for an evening of toasted 'Smores and good conversation. Don't forget to use the private stacked washer/dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
