Welcome to Majestic Sun #910B - The Southern Pearl, a full gulf-view 2-bed 2-bath condo in Destin Florida. This vacation rental can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. You are sure to enjoy the amenities and Gulf front balcony views available here!

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware to craft homemade meals at your fingertips. A breakfast bar and comfy living area offer the perfect backdrop for entertaining guests. Head on out to the furnished balcony for the smell of a salty sea breeze and picturesque views of the sands below.

Majestic Sun sits right behind the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach access sits right in front of the complex, across scenic 98. This complex offers so many on-site amenities, you will not run out of fun activities. An indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are the most popular amenities. Technically fine condo, lacking care and any hospitality

While the condo was as described, comfortable, and in a great location, the customer service was abysmal and I would strong hesitate to book again due to this. As the listing describes they provide no cleaning supplies and no beach supplies. Even though this is expected based on the listing, it seems like its a very inexpensive and effective way to make a much better experience for the guest. When I contacted the number provided to ask a question they said they didn't have an answer and did not offer to find an answer, leaving me on my own as the guest to figure it out. The rugs were all sandy, the bed in one bedroom had a bare box spring with no bedskirt or cover, and there was a leak in the kitchen pantry causing wetness and a bad smell.

Beautiful view, nice furnishings

Beds, living room furniture were all comfortable and great. Wish there were blankets for sofa. Enjoyed our stay and wish I know how to prepare better as there are very minimal things. tiny container of dish soap and only bar soap. No pool towels; only white bath towels provided. No laundry soap. No kitchen things such as coffee filters, salt pepper. Only glass plates/cups so there are no kid-friendly /plastic plates/cups. Just helpful to know what’s there so we can prepare better and bring along some key things so we don’t have to buy it all there. Other than that- we loved the building and simplicity of it.

Not comfortable

Living room Furniture no supportive/comfortable. Constant crack aches from sitting on them. Master bedroom mattress extremely soft. Felt like sleeping in a hammock. Had to use the second bedroom as that mattress was firmer but a bit lumpy. Kitchen did mot have sufficient forks (we bought extra and left them there for next renter. Can opener useless. Bought new one and left it there. Unit could be rated much higher if landlord would put effort in to update it. You have to keep in mind that the majority of renters are elderly. So take into consideration the comfort level requirements for this demographic. I would NOT recommend this unit.

Great rental; would love to come back

We had an amazing time at The Southern Pearl! We enjoyed ocean views, perfect for morning coffee sunrise watching with my mom. I recommend a stroll down to Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii - a fun walk down the strip that we took advantage of each morning. The condo fit my family of 5 perfectly. The decor has a great modern beach aesthetic. It’s an easy walk to the beach with convenient access to La Dolce Vita beach rental service for chairs and umbrellas. My 7yo enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool amenity. We had a great time and hope to rent this property again!
