It comprises a 40 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m² which is partially fenced. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The layout of the house is as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, dining area, two sofas and a fireplace with an insert
- An air-conditioned fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue sets, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)

On the first floor:
Part of the property is currently being renovated and is not accessible.

For even greater comfort, you’ll have access to the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board, reversible air conditioning.

Outdoors:
- An 8×4 m swimming pool (secure, private, unheated) open from the first Saturday in June to the first weekend in September
- A partially enclosed garden of 6,000 m² (including 2,000 m² of woodland)
- A 27 m² north-west-facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, including games to enjoy the fine weather (sun loungers, poolside seating, parasol, water and outdoor games, etc.)

The house is ideally located in Belfort-du-Quercy, in a very quiet, pleasant and green environment. You'll find a bar-restaurant serving bread in Belfort-du-Quercy and more shops in Lalbenque, less than 15 minutes' drive away, for all the essentials (supermarket, truffle markets, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) or Caussade, less than 20 minutes' drive away.

Activities :
- Visits : The medieval village of Montpezat-de-Quercy (13 km), the fortified town and mill of Castelnau-Montratier (20 km), Cahors (less than 30 km), the Lot Valley, villages listed as some of the most beautiful in France (including the medieval village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie or Rocamadour), various caves (Grotte des Merveilles, Grottes de Cougnac, Gouffre de Padirac, etc.), Château de Cénevières, etc.
- Sporting activities: kayaking on the Lot and hiking throughout the Quercy region.

Transport :
The car is the most recommended means of locomotion to come and move around the area. You can park directly in the house's private grounds.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Railway station: Caussade 20 min (18 km)
- Airport: Toulouse Blagnac 1h 10 (95 km)

- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- The property is equipped with a security camera located outside. It films the entrance to the gate as well as the entrance to the house. It is not consulted when the property is occupied by tenants.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €40/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The first floor is not accessible to travellers (under renovation).
- Under no circumstances should you drive behind the house due to the presence of septic tanks.
