This warm and welcoming Appalachian Ski Mountain home is the perfect starting point for your next High Country adventure! With four bedrooms, three levels, two decks, a hot tub, and a game room featuring foosball and an arcade, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The main level has just one step onto the covered deck and one step into the house. You'll walk into a welcoming main room, with a cozy arrangement of furniture facing the gas fireplace and a big Smart TV with Roku streaming devices. There's a dining table for 4, and room for 2 more at the kitchen counter peninsula. The kitchen is smartly laid out and offers everything you'd need to prepare tasty meals for the entire group.

There's lots of fun to be had in the downstairs entertainment room! Another set of couches and a big Smart TV are down here, along with a foosball table and a multi-game arcade machine just waiting for friendly competition! Step outside on the covered deck and enjoy a soothing soak in the new hot tub.

Time for bed? Nuttin' Better has four sleeping areas. The main level offers a King master suite with a private bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. And downstairs, off the game room, is a bonus area with two twin beds.

Walk to the entrance of Appalachian Ski Mountain! The cabin is located on the mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, just ten minutes into either town for delicious dining and unique shopping options. The Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 5 minutes away, as well. Nuttin' Better is the perfect home base for your next adventures!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The fourth sleeping area, on the lowest level with the Twin beds, does not have a bedroom door.
- Nuttin' Better is pet friendly for any size dog. People are asked to keep their dogs off the furniture, please. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet, 2 dogs max. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
