The living area includes a sofa, dining space and television. Its large bay window opens directly onto the balcony facing the beach and keeps the sea in view, even during quieter moments at the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Both bedrooms feature a bay window opening onto the balcony with views of the beach.

From the residence, guests can easily alternate between swimming, seafront walks, exploring Cap d’Erquy and discovering Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
