In the small, peaceful town of Ploëzal, a generously sized cottage for 2 people. Your holiday rental includes: - On the ground floor: a living room, then up two steps to a kitchen, a large shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom (with a double bed measuring 140x190 cm). Parking is available on the street, but even better, there is parking in the church square (50 m away) or the town hall square (100 m away). This village house is semi-detached, sharing a third of its wall with another property and a garden on the other side. Facing due south, this comfortable new cottage has been completely renovated by Pascal and Agnès. The great advantage of being located in Ploëzal is that the town borders the Trieux River and is surrounded by two charming small towns: Pontrieux (5 km) and La Roche Derrien (6 km). Another major asset is the Domaine Départemental de la Roche Jagu to the north: the château and its grounds overlooking the Trieux are magnificent. During the season, the activities are varied and original, and the restaurant and tea room has also earned a good reputation. Fancy seeing the sea? Just 13 km to Lézardrieux or 20 km to Paimpol, and you'll feel the fresh sea air. Finally, numerous hiking trails await you in the area. Grab your walking sticks!
