El apartamento principal renovado en 2017 en 120 metros cuadrados se encuentra en la histórica Ludwigstrasse, la calle más hermosa en la distancia. Le ofrece una vista única de todo el mundo montañoso desde las montañas Karwendel y las montañas Wetterstein con Zugspitze y Alpspitze hasta Kramer y Wank.
La decoración es lujosa. De particular interés son los pisos de madera natural (tablones de roble) y los modernos baños. La sala de estar se extiende a unos 70 metros cuadrados y combina sala de estar con comedor y cocina abierta de alto brillo. También hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Puede usar una combinación de lavadora y secadora y hay una parrilla Weber en el balcón.
Encontrará una amplia gama de tiendas cerca.

This was a great property to stay in while we were exploring the area! It is centrally located, the views are out of this world, and the host is great to work with! The only downside is that the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment that opens directly onto the pedestrian Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Dedicated off-street parking was a definite plus. The views from the living room balcony are probably the best in town. The number of stairs to get to the apartment and the lack of AC are about the only negatives, with the former well-known in advance and the latter ameliorated somewhat by having a fan (one in each bedroom would be nice). The apartment would also benefit from having instructions for the washer/dryer combo (although we did figure it out), and at least one night stand and bedside lamp in the master bedroom (at present there is only a bed and a chair). But all-around, a great apartment in a superb location.

After reading the reviews for this place, I knew it would have a nice view… but WOW, no photo can truly capture how incredible the view is! The Zugspitze is literally towering right in front of the big living room windows and greets you every morning with the sun shining on its rocky face! My baby learned to say “Mountain” from this view, while we were there! The apartment is big and roomy, the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The bedrooms do leave a gap that would really bring this place to an outstanding place to stay. You can tell the host has never stayed in this apartment before since simple items are missing that really make a stay more comfortable. No bedside tables, which means nowhere for your glasses to set without fear of stepping on them. There’s plenty of room, it would be such an easy item to add. Or a place to charge a phone or watch. No towel hooks by the shower door, so water drips all across the tile floor making it slippery. Towels were pretty ratty and worn (but clean). The privacy shade doesn’t work in the bathroom window. The motion sensor hallway lights- good in theory until it’s the middle of the night and they turn on full bright when you get up to use the restroom. Again, none of these would deter me from staying here again, but I hope these simple fixes can be done because the apartment deserves them!The location is great. Ludwigstraße is cute!

During our vacation, we stayed in 6 different places, and this was my favorite. It was the perfect blend of homey and modern. I loved the view from the balcony, and the gathering space was open and comfy. It accommodated our group of 6 adults perfectly. The location was on the main street of Garmish - perfect to access all the shops by foot. I would go definitely return!

Best place to stay

My family absolutely loved this apartment! So big, airy, and beautiful! Great location and unbelievable view! Windows are on three sides and with the breeze you don’t need to worry about AC. We stayed during 86f days and were just fine. Highly recommend!

Charming place in the heart of Partenkirchen

Perfectly located, nicely appointed apartment located on Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Great views of the Zugspitze and the ski runs and ski jump and located near wonderful restaurants and bakery. And free parking for one car. It was perfect for us.

Amazing! Spacious, super clean and comfortable top floor apartment with gorgeous views! Excellent location. Walkable to so many things. In the heart of it all yet quiet. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property right on historic Ludwigstrasse. It is very convenient to all things in Garmish and Partenkirchen, and an easy walk to the central areas of both. The host was extremely responsive throughout the process and the property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a confortable stay. The property is directly on Ludwigstrasse so may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.

Excellent Location

Loved the location and views of this place. Can't beat the old town. We lucked out that it was ascension day and a procession/parade took place down the street. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated home. The internet was different how we had to keep logging back in so we ended up buying an e-sim to use for travel since the speed was faster that way.

A dream vacation come true

This spacious apartment, with its grand view of the Alps is perfectly located in the historic Ludwigstrasse of Garmisch Partenkirchen, from where you can reach fantastic hiking spots on foot or easily get to the Zugspitze and other Bavarian areas like Mittenwald and Oberammergau.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is absolutely fabulous . The apartment is nice but the three flights of stairs were a bit tiring. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights rest. We found it was very sparsely furnished but was clean and spacious

GAP is always beautiful, and the apartment is in a great location. My only complaints are 1) The bed in the primary bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. It is broken down and terribly squeaky, 2) Some explanation of the trash vs recycling bags.

Great view!

Beautiful place with comfortable bedding. Parking was a little hard to figure out the first night, but once we got it, all was good. Amazing views and a large space. Make sure you bring your own shower soaps!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. We found it to be clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The unit has windows on three sides. It is close to a bus stop. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and grocery store options, all within a few minutes of walking distance. Our interaction with the manager at check-in was enjoyable. A little tip: when we checked out, we took the bus to the train station. My husband then walked the short distance to drop off the keys so we didn't have to walk the full distance with our bags.
