Hi Julia, Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience of not having dish soap and the hot tub jets. Since then the hot tub has been fixed. If you do decide to stay with us in the future and you have any issues with your cabin/hot tub, please feel free to give our front desk a call and we will send someone out ASAP to resolve any problems.

Good Afternoon- We are glad you took the time to express your thoughts about your experience. We are sorry that you had trouble with the keyless entry. We assisted you with the issue as quickly as possible each time you called. Our IT tech spoke directly with your husband and created a separate code that worked for your stay. You and your husband were not confident in the code working since the other had failed so we offered to have the keyless entry removed and a keyed unit put on the door so that you would have a set of keys and would not have to worry about a code. You declined this solution. Unfortunately, cell service is spotty in Estes Park and our staff lost contact with you during the conversation. I apologize if you felt they hung up, which was not the case. We want our guests to have the best possible experience when staying with us and any concerns your bring to our attention are dealt with promptly. Mary, We appreciate your feedback on our place. We will discuss a possible resolution to the bathroom counter space and outlet or lack thereof. We will also add more plates and dinnerwear.
