Nestled in a rural setting on a 4000m² property, our house is located in the hills above Sanary-sur-Mer. A traditional construction built on several levels (terraced gardens), the living areas (kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, covered terrace, totaling approximately 150m²) are all on one level, surrounded by large terraces overlooking the 12x4m swimming pool (minimum 1m/maximum 180cm), which can be heated if needed (pool cover and safety barrier installed for young children). The area below the house includes outbuildings not available for rent and occupied by the owners. A spacious covered pergola provides a cool spot for meals and barbecues on the gas griddle. The well-equipped kitchen features an American-style refrigerator and opens onto the dining area. The living room has two sofas and a 191cm flat-screen TV. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Only bed linen is provided. The house is particularly well-suited for family holidays. Outside, there are numerous parasols, sun loungers, and canopies, as well as a lounge area by the pool. The garden is well-planted with trees, stone terraces, and centuries-old olive trees; the setting perfectly reflects our Provençal countryside. Parking is available within the property with a secure gate. We provide concierge services and will be at your disposal throughout your stay. We have been renting out our primary residence for 10 years, and are listed on another website with 5/5 reviews. We are just under 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Bandol and Sanary-sur-Mer. The same is true for the town center, where you will find a daily market and a larger one on Wednesday mornings (considered one of the most beautiful markets in France). Several supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive of the house. Our village has retained its authentic charm with its shaded alleyways, colorful houses, and small fishing port with its traditional fishing boats. Our fishermen bring in fresh fish from our coast every day, which is sold on the quays. You can enjoy numerous daytime and evening activities including free open-air concerts, singing competitions, daily night walks, fireworks, flea markets, theatre, cinema, casino, boules, gourmet restaurants, brasseries... For children, rides, mini golf, mini karts, water games, introductory scuba diving, zoo, etc... everything is in place in Sanary sur Mer for a successful holiday.
