Welcome to 4,400 square feet of comfort and joy in this two level family house that’s ideal for hosting multi-generational families and friends. Having been recently modernized with décor to appeal to contemporary tastes, what you have here is a great place for a group of up to 18 to escape to, with access to a wide range of on-resort facilities. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN LIVING AREA / DINING / KITCHEN
This will be a hive of activity and a place for relaxation for your group. A trio of sofas are arranged around coffee tables, giving everyone a great view of the wall mounted TV above the gas fireplace.

The large kitchen is equipped with wooden cabinets, quality countertops and plenty of space to cook for your entire group. All the appliances and cookware you’ll need to cater for a large group are here. There’s a breakfast bar area that’s great for enjoying coffee, snacks or even just watching whoever’s in the kitchen do their thing.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with great views of the outside on three sides. Gather here for meals, to celebrate a special occasion, or play board/card games.

The opposite side of the kitchen sees another sitting area with a sofa, foot stool, desk and chair. If anyone has work to do or just wants to grab a quiet space to read or relax, this is the ideal place for that.

BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms are located on the main level of the house, and offer a combination of king, double and single beds (bunk beds), ideal for families. Also, there are three rooms in the finished basement, two rooms each with a king size bed and two full size beds in the other. All mattresses and bedding are high quality, so wherever you sleep, you’re assured of a great rest, so you can recharge ready for a new day of adventures in the resort.

3.5 BATHROOMS
Big groups need a lot of bathroom space and a choice of bath tubs and showers. That’s exactly what you get here, with spacious bathrooms complete with fresh towels giving everyone enough room to freshen up. No one need wait long to get ready to go out for the day or the evening.

OUTSIDE SPACE
As well as access to 7,500 acres of resort facilities, stunning landscapes and more than100 lakes, while at home you get two private outside seating areas in which to relax and unwind. You’ll find a Weber gas grill you’re welcome to use for barbecues and cornhole bags to keep everyone entertained in the yard while waiting for lunch to finish up.

AVAILABILITY / GUEST ACCESS
The entire house and its outside areas will be exclusively yours to use for the duration of your booking. There are two small owner’s closets that will be locked.

When you arrive, you will need to give your name and the address of the property to the resort team.

18-hole public golf course - this championship course is ideal for experienced and novice golfers alike. Before a round of 9 or 18 holes, practice driving the green and sinking your puts at the driving range and putting green.

The Clubhouse Bar & Grille - the resort’s restaurant and pub is well worth a visit

GETTING AROUND
You will need a car to get to the resort but feel free to put on your walking shoes and explore the area once you've arrived. Keep in mind, the resort is 7,500 acres so you will want a vehicle to checkout the entire resort.
