1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

We always strive to be responsive, helpful, and professional with every guest, and we take pride in answering questions promptly throughout each stay. In this instance, our team remained available and supportive while also upholding the house rules outlined in the rental agreement. It is important to note that this guest incurred a late checkout fee because they checked out after the agreed-upon time on a back-to-back reservation, which directly affects our ability to prepare the home for incoming guests. The guest was reluctant to pay the late checkout fee, and while we understand that policies can sometimes feel inconvenient, they are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a smooth experience for all guests. We appreciate those who communicate openly and respect these guidelines, as it allows us to maintain a high standard of care for the home and for future renters.

Wonderful Stay
We have been at the Canyons the last several years and this year was one of our favorite accommodations. The location was very central and convenient. The suite fit two families of four very well. The ski valet was very convenient. And we had amazing snow. All in all, a great place to stay and we would come again.

This was a great set up for a multi family gathering. The kids had their own space which was priceless! Communication was awesome! Location to ski school and lifts was so easy.

Excellent, in every way!
This unit is perfectly located, very well appointed, of modern design, and was spotless upon arrival. Stayluxe was very accommodating and attentive. Excellent Location
Great location inside Canyons Village. Perfect accommodations for multiple families. Amenities at the West Gate were great. Free shuttle service to Park City Main Street was provided. We had some minor issues with the Unit during our stay that the Staylux staff did their best to remedy. I would highly recommend this location.

In regard to the Westgate being difficult to navigate, for our guest's convenience, we do include a map of the Westgate in our digital guidebook that each guest has access to. The Westgate is quite large, so we do encourage guests to take advantage of the map provided when navigating the resort.

Holiday Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Penthouse Unit at Westgate Resort in Park City. The location close to several restaurants and ski lifts could not be beat. We requested more blankets and an additional humidifier for our unit and they were delivered promptly. We were also happy to be able to check in early after a long day of traveling with 6 kids! Thank you! We will be back!

Perfect Family Condo
This remodeled penthouse 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The private hot tub on balcony was an added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs. On site market very convenient to buy few items we needed for last day. The communication with management company was exemplary, and The Westgate Staff was very accommodating regarding Christmas tree disposal, crib drop-off and pick-up, any assistance we needed. Highly recommend The Sneaux Shack!
