We will provide initial toiletries during your stay, but guests are responsible for replacing them once they run out. Requesting additional towels and toiletries may result in an additional charge. Beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided by the owner. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and water sport activities are available on the beach for extra fees. Additionally, there is a boat rental location conveniently located near the hotel. The management team is always available for further assistance.

Guests at the accommodation will have access to amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities. Daily cleaning services can be added to any reservation for an additional fee. Linens, beach and bath towels are included, but there is no daily maid service provided. Any stolen or damaged linens or towels will be charged at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but replenishments are not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and any broken items can be replaced upon request.

Our apartment is centrally located 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 33 minutes from the Miami International airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Downtown, 30 minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, 40 min from Miami Downtown or Miami Beach.
